„Our stay at the AVO Boutique Hotel in Uroa, Zanzibar, was a truly wonderful experience. We traveled as a family of three and stayed in the spacious Studio 6. The hotel is small but charming, with a warm and personal atmosphere. The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful, as was the entire staff. The hotel is ideally located on the east coast of Zanzibar, in the quiet former fishing village of Uroa. It’s a peaceful spot, not yet touched by mass tourism, offering the perfect balance between ...

„If you want to enjoy beaches on the East coast of Zanzibar, which are clean and not overcrowded, Breezes in Dongwe is a good place to go. For a half board and not an all inclusive hotel, Breezes is relatively expensive in comparison, because the room rates are high and you will pay every lunch and every drink extra. The food and the drinks are good but not as good as the room rate and the prices (to be paid in US Dollars) would suggest and it might not be the cook’s or the barman or barmaid’s ...

„Super leckeres Essen.

Sehr empfehlenswert👌👌“

„Overall the experience was positive. We arrived at midnight and staff was still readily available to assist. They even left a late night snack in our room upon arrival. If you are seeking a more laid back resort, it certainly fits the bill. I hoped for more activities available on site. The resort went into quiet mode after 10pm. Also I noticed they had a notification board for information but having daily itineraries either available in print in the room or on the tv would have been helpful. ...

„Oftmals waren die Gerichte "leider aus" / finished. Das was verfügbar war, war super lecker. Besonders der "Catch of the day". Hervorragend. Tagfrisch gefangener Fisch! “

„Schöne moderne Appartmentanlage. 20 Minuten vom Strand und nahe an allen lokalen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Super nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. “

„Room was clean, staff exceptionally nice, area looked like paradise“

„Very beautiful location on the seaside. Personnel very nice, kind and friendly, always available to support every need. Resturant even excellent. Warmly suggested if you want to be on holiday but feeling as you were at home.“

„Beautiful property with the best staff on the planet. Service was truly exceptional. “

„A place to feel at home – warm staff, real sustainability, stunning ocean views We spent 9 days at the Jaz Elite Aurora and were sad to leave. The hotel transfer (€100, approx. 1 hr 40 min) worked perfectly. Don’t worry if the last stretch looks remote: the hotel is new and the access road isn’t finished yet. We arrived at 10 am, were welcomed warmly, had breakfast right away and got our room by noon. The open, wall-free common areas with lots of wood feel very Zanzibar, and sustainability is ...
