« The hotel was clean, comfortable, and generally well maintained. The room was tidy and the staff was polite and helpful during the stay. One thing to note is transportation: there are very few taxis available in the area and Grab does not operate here, so getting around usually requires using tricycles. « Pool was almost as advertised just wasn’t as hot as we expected. Basically room temp. Our internet was horrible. Kept kicking us off and couldn’t watch live tv because it would stop a lot. Place was beautiful and the staff was excellent. But for the price I was expecting a bit more of no hassle room issues. They do have free chauffeur service in local area and the staff was super helpful. »

« The room had ants and mosquitoes had no toilet seat very noisy out side due to traffic and no tiles on wall in bathroom. The fridge was to small the cupboard was broken the table was to small as well. And for a deluxe room no way. »
