« The recent remodel is amazing, Its a small house but the interior is very spacious and Clean. Plenty of room for my big truck and boat in the driveway. The Hosts were more than accomadating. I have stayed in many rental homes, usually 3-4 a year traveling for Bass Tournaments. This was one of the nicest, well stocked houses I have been in. Definetly makes my top 5. I highly recommend this rental. »

« The house was exactly as expected from the listing. Very clean. Provided code for door in advance. Easy check out. We didn't take pets but it is pet friendly but you don't notice any pet smells or hair. Worked perfectly for us with 4 adults and easy trip to Frankenmuth. Lots of local options for shopping and restaurants. Would stay there again. »

« This place was great! Had everything we needed and tons of space for the kids and dog to run around. Felt like a home away from home for sure! We enjoyed staying here and will absolutely stay here again if we are back in this area! :) »

« Cute house in a great location, Walking distance to downtown Bay City. Had some plumbing issues and the property manager was quick on getting service. Rooms were spacious, large dining table and cozy living area. Bathroom upstairs needs work and the shower in the downstairs needs to be fixed »

« The house is older but was redone very well. It's perfect for a small family or couple of friends. The backyard has a large table and chair and a fireplace. We tried out the hanging chairs, and they weren't for us, but would be a cozy spot for kids to relax. Overall it was a great vacation and Kaeley was a great host. »

« Stay was very enjoyable. Air conditioning was on when we got there. The only thing I think could have made stay better is having supplies accessible for coffee bar. Definitely would come again. »

« WHERE TO START?!! I’M NOT KIDDING If you are planning a trip to the Frankenmuth or Birch Run area, you need to book your stay here. If I could give our host, Ryan, and his property, ten stars instead of five, I would without hesitation! There were so many extra touches that were in Ryan’s rental including, but certainly not limited to, bottled water in the refrigerator, a bag of ice in the freezer, laundry soap/dryer sheets, q-tips/cotton pads, creamers/sugar packets for the Keurig coffee...

« It was our 3rd year staying here and it is wonderful--so clean, well stocked, great location, comfy beds, nice, quiet neighborhood. James is a great host, communicated quickly! Hope to be back again next year. »
