„Room was very comfortable, staff was very friendly and helpful at check-in(since I did not get an e-mail with instructions). Note the shoe, kitchen, bathroom area is open to the outdoors- which was interesting at 30 degrees F. But it was in the exact location I needed and price was right. “

„An unforgateble expirience and the best value for money hotel ever! The location was great with heaps of restaurants and supermarkets at the hotel’s doorstep and 2 different train lines within walking distance. It was so convinient to get around! Good amenities and clean and comfy mattress and pillow! I have to say our room was facing the main street so it was a bit noisy at nights but the hotel offered earplugs. „Hervorragend. Sehr gute Lage in der Nähe vom Bahnhof. Effizientes Personal. Bequeme Kapseln. Keine Kritiken“

„Personal wenig hilfsbereit, sonst alles super“

„We stayed for 4 nights at Rio Grande, the location was excellent for both accessing the metro and for walking into Shinjuku (45 minutes). On arrival we had a long delay at the airport and were much later arriving than expected (after 12 at night), the staff were supportive and we were able to access the property easily. I would highly recommend this apartment for its location, for the facilities available and for easy contact with the staff. Thank you“
