« The room was not properly cleaned when we checked in. We reported the issue to the front desk, but instead of sending housekeeping, we were surprisingly handed a broom and dustpan and asked to clean it ourselves. I've stayed at many hotels over the years, and this was the first time I've experienced something like that. It was quite disappointing and not what I would expect from any hotel. It was suited for our overnight stay to catch a flight the next day. « Perfect place to stay for wedding. Easy to get to from the airport. Location is like being in the suburbs pretty much anywhere with the same shopping, eating, businesses. Staff was so pleasant and accommodating. The continental breakfast was one of the best according to husband. Loved the walk in shower and great water pressure. Bed very comfy and was able to control the room temp to our satisfaction. Only thing, for me, was we were right outside where the elevators were and you can here...
