This apartment is situated in the elegant 16th arrondissement, renowned for its chic and residential atmosphere. Just a few minutes' walk from the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs-Élysées, you can enjoy the city's top tourist attractions, as well as luxury boutiques, gourmet restaurants, and renowned art galleries. The neighborhood is both calm and lively, making it ideal for both business and leisure.



Getting Around:

The apartment boasts a prime location with several transport options nearby. The Kléber metro station (line 6) is just a 3-minute walk away, providing direct access to key destinations such as the Eiffel Tower, Montparnasse, and Nation. You are also about 8 minutes from the Charles de Gaulle-Étoile station (lines 1, 2, and 6, as well as RER A), a major transportation hub in Paris that allows quick access to the Champs-Élysées, about a 10-minute walk, and the Louvre Museum.

Taxis and ride-sharing services are readily available, and the proximity to major roads such as Avenue Kléber and Avenue des Champs-Élysées makes it easy to reach Charles de Gaulle and Orly airports. For business travelers, La Défense district is less than 20 minutes away by metro or RER A.



Other Things to Note:

Situated in a former private mansion converted into a tourist residence, your neighbors will include other travelers spread across the five floors of the building. To ensure everyone's tranquility, we kindly ask that you limit noise both day and night. Please also be reminded that parties are strictly prohibited.



The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is accessible by elevator. However, as this elevator is small, it unfortunately cannot accommodate wheelchairs, making it inaccessible for guests with reduced mobility. We hope this does not pose any issues.
