Except for the superior location, which can be given extra points, other things can’t be give at all.
1. There is a washing machine, but there is no laundry powder/laundry liquid, and no laundry rack.
2. There are cooking stoves and cooking utensils, but only a few ”disposable tableware“ are provided. They prepare you to clean the "disposable tableware“ after each meal, but they do not mention that there is no detergent for you to clean utensils and "disposable tableware", and there are no garbage plastic bags in the trash can. In addition, the range hood is provided, but it is broken and cannot be used.
3. There is a dishwasher, but there is no detergent or dishwasher tablets.
4. Shower tub, 3 of us, stay for 3 nights, only 4 small bags of ”trial“ shower gel, and 1.5 rolls of toilet paper, in addition, the shower tub is leaking, and the leaking place is not from the door, it leaks from the bottom. No matter we shower how carefully, all the water are leak out. After each shower, it will take almost 20mins to clean up the leak. 3 of us are used at least 1 hour to clean up, which completely ruined our trip!
5. After booking a room, you need to pay €400 deposit, not in advance, is direct payment! They said it would be refunded after completion, but after 14 days! I asked why it takes 14 days to check, but they didn‘t reply.
My stay is 5-8 Mar. After I drop this comment, I’m afraid that they won‘t return all of them to me!!!
