The apartment is pleasant, though way more worn out than the photos show.Communication with the host is a DISASTER.- The heating in the sleeping room was not functioning at all. Besides promises that it will be fixed, no reaction was taken from the host side, for our full stay (6 nights)- I specifically checked before arriving which coffee machine is available in the apartment. I was told it is a drip coffee, and that we will have coffee for the first morning ready in the apartment. We brought our own ground coffee, just to discover that the information was wrong: it is a capsule machine, and there was not a single capsule to use. We arrived late at night, and had no chance to arrange this for the morning after.- The listing states that there is no elevator to use, while the apartment is on the 7th floor. We accepted this, to enjoy the view (which is beautiful). Yet it is worth mentioning, that in the building there is actually a very modern elevator, which operates only for those who hold a special fob. So while climbing 7 floors, we had this elevator near us which we could not use, since the owners do not provide this fob (chip). This is not a nice feeling.- We were notified during our stay that on the last morning of our stay, there will be no water at all in the apartment, including the toilets. No compensation was offered. - We were denied late checkout, even when willing to pay for it. for staying until late afternoon, I was required to pay another full night.
