Designed to be both functional and welcoming, the apartment is filled with natural light. **Sleeping arrangements:** A separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed (140 × 200 cm) and a sofa bed for two adults (140 × 200 cm) in the living room. **Kitchen:** A modern, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, coffee machine, washing machine, and everything you need to prepare your meals. **Bathroom:** A modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet for added comfort. **Comfort & Work:** Air conditioning, high-speed fiber Wi-Fi, and a dedicated workspace. **Family-Friendly:** Baby crib, books, toys, and child safety equipment for a comfortable and worry-free family stay. Guests have exclusive access to the entire 33 m² (355 sq ft) 1-bedroom apartment, located on the 1st floor with elevator access, ensuring complete privacy throughout their stay. Self-check-in is available using a personal access code, valid only for the duration of your stay. You will also have access to the residence's shared facilities, including a welcoming lounge with a TV and foosball table on the ground floor. We respect our guests’ privacy and offer a fully self check-in experience. However, we remain available at any time by phone or messaging to answer your questions, provide recommendations, and ensure you have a smooth and enjoyable stay in Paris. Security: The apartment is located in a secure residence with 24/7 surveillance and video monitoring in common areas.
