⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* With 18 m² (194 sq ft) in a single room, the studio is smaller than it looks in the photos. You sleep on a double sofa bed: once it is open, there is little room left to move around. It suits two guests who spend their days out, less so guests looking for space or travelling with a lot of luggage.
* The apartment is in Montrouge, a town bordering the south of Paris, and not in the heart of Paris. The centre is reached by metro line 4 from Mairie de Montrouge station: if you want to see everything on foot, please take this into account.
* The apartment is not air-conditioned: in summer, especially during heatwaves, it can get hot. If you are sensitive to heat, please take this into account.
We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations.

On the plus side, you will enjoy a view of the Eiffel Tower from the window, a 5-minute walk from Mairie de Montrouge metro station (line 4), which runs directly to Châtelet, in a studio with an open-plan kitchen and a Nespresso machine.

The apartment is entirely at your disposal, you have access to the whole apartment.

Arrival is autonomous thanks to a 24/7 arrival guide.

However, if you arrive after 11 p.m., it is crucial that you read and carefully follow the self-guided arrival guide provided. This will ensure trouble-free access to the property and avoid any inconvenience during check-in. Please note that after 11pm, we will not be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary. We cannot be held responsible for any misunderstanding on the part of the guide.
