Family Ski Trip
Great accommodations and great location, just an elevator ride up to the slopes. Every day after skiing we would enjoy the Owners lounge for some wine with cheese and crackers, and then hit the private hot tub to relax our muscles and prepare for the next day of skiing. Definitely someplace we will come back to in the future.

We had a lovely time at Abode at King's Crown! The house was exactly what we needed, walkable to town and across the street from skiing access. The Abode team was super responsive. This will be our first choice when we come back to Park City!

Great location, excellent communication
Very comfortable property directly across from ski access. All finishes and appliances were top notch. Communication before and during stay was quick and always pleasant. We even ordered groceries ahead of arrival and they were neatly stored and refrigerated for us. Highly recommend!

Best location for ski and town
This property is perfectly located for skiing access (literally under a minute from door to trail) and lovely walks to town for evening dinner and shopping. We never even used our rental car! The home itself is lovely and meets every standard for space with 4 ensuite bed/bath, 3 living areas and well appointed kitchen. Heated garage was a plus for layering up pre and post ski. The private hot tub destination between ski and apres ski and was appreciated by all. Amenities felt like a hotel with the space and privacy of a home. Could not recommend more highly for Park City lodging!

Late spring visit
The property was great and as advertised, and the property management company (Abode) was friendly and responsive every step of the way, from pre-booking to after check-out (they arranged for our skis and boots to be transported to the shipping location after we had checked out). It was really nice having 4.5 bathrooms—with plenty of hot water—which made washing up quick and painless. The only things that weren’t so great were (1) we couldn’t use the ski in/ski out feature of the property and (2) the dip at the end of the driveway and the narrow driveway meant it was really easy to bottom out and scrape the bottom of a minivan, even when it wasn’t fully loaded. A crossover had no problem. Regarding the lack of ski in/ski out, it had nothing to do with the property owner or management, but was rather due to the warm weather in Park City, which meant that the Kings Crown ski run was closed. Would I stay there again? Absolutely, but maybe not so late in the ski season!

A wonderful spot - my family spent 4 days at this lovely location and enjoyed every minute!!!
Three great things:
1- Walk across the street...put on your ski's and go! Amenities building has a dedicated locker for your gear as well as snacks and drinks etc...
2 - Walk to dinner downtown Park City - very convenient - just head down the hill to dinner!! (Full disclose, I did once take an UBER back after my kids and I had a FULL day of skiing and I couldn't walk :-)!!!
3 - New, well appointed place - high end appliances, hot tub, etc.... Ordered groceries - were all delivered when we arrived!!! Very nice!
My family has been moving from resort to resort the last many years and this is the first spot we visited were we all agreed we would return.
Only negative - construction in this new hot neighborhood continues - I am sure they are making progress but it is going on -- never had an impact on our stay but wanted to mention it!!

Ski Trip
This property is so nice and new and has all the amenities you need. It is a great location. About 5 min walk to main Park City Mt lifts and little village. Also close to Main Street with all the restaurants and shops. Street is narrow and a bit steep so during winter four wheel drive is best Lots of construction still going on so be prepared for noise and lots of work trucks crowding the already small street. I would definitely stay here again and when all the development is done it will be even better!

Great place in Park City
The unit at Kings Crown was great. Very high end finishes, great size for our group of 8 (4 adults and 4 kids). Close proximity to Mountain Village (3 min walk) and a 12-15 min walk to the historic town of Park City. Abode, who manages, was very responsive to any questions we had. Would stay here again if we return to Park City.

Beautiful condo well suited for an adult family. Street construction was a real nuisance. Not really ski in/out but still a great location. This will be a prime rental once the neighborhood is actually completed this summer. Park City skiing was fantastic.

Amazing place, will be perfect very soon
This house is gorgeous- with everything you need- toiletries, cooking supplies, towels, space to spread out…. The only negative right now (Dec ‘21- Jan ‘22) is that it is in an active construction zone. There are dump trucks, flatbed trucks, construction materials, cranes, forklifts, etc, all around the house and in the street. It makes getting in and out of the property quite difficult in a car, and a bit treacherous on foot. There is a river (often frozen) of slushy mud flowing down the street. However, the club across the street is accessible and you can store your gear there, use the amenities, and ski out (Payday run wasn’t open so we couldn’t ski in). My youngest didn’t have the skills to ski out from the club, so we walked to the base of PCR and it is an easy 5 minute walk (aside from all the construction). My husband and I walked to town in 15 mins. The location is awesome. The street and neighborhood are going to be amazing, once it is all complete. This house is wonderful. Heated garage, driveway, and patio. Heated bathroom floors. Comfortable beds and lots of space. Beautiful finished, furnishings, and space to spread out. Great communication from property managers. We would definitely return to this property.

Beautiful new house. The development was still under construction which was a bit annoying but we knew that before booking. Stayed early season and the run (King's Court) that serves as the ski-in/ski-out wasn't open yet so we had to walk ~5 min to the base. Note that you can't access the run right from the house, you need to use the clubhouse elevator across the street (which was broken but didn't matter given we couldn't access the run anyway) but wouldn't want to do those stairs in ski boots and carrying gear. Highly recommend 4-wheel drive with good ground clearance as both the street and driveway are fairly steep. Would definitely stay again after construction is finished and later in the season to access the ski-in/ski out. Good communication from the very nice management company.

Amazing ski experience
Ski in ski out convenience. Well appointed house that is walkable to town. Currently a bit of a construction zone (March 2021) however it is hard to beat the location in terms of proximity to the mountain. The clubhouse is great for ski storage and lounge space.
