The rental company had good communication, and the location was ideal—very convenient and walkable to the slopes. Unfortunately, there were too many issues with the condo for me to rate it anything higher than “poor.”The unit was not properly cleaned prior to our arrival. We found stray hairs throughout the condo, and many surfaces were dusty. Upon arrival, we also discovered that the TV would not connect to the internet and that there was a leak in the bathroom sink faucet handles. While the internet issue was fixed the next day, it was still an inconvenience at check-in.The furniture was uncomfortable, and there was a significant lack of storage space. Additionally, the pull-out couch bed was inoperable, which was disappointing and inconvenient.We were also not provided with the pool and spa access codes in the welcome package, and access is limited to between 4:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m., which would have been helpful to know in advance.While the location is excellent, we will not be staying here again. That said, it may still work for others depending on their priorities.
