Resort Plaza 5040 is built around a simple idea: an unbeatable slope-side address paired with a bedding layout flexible enough for larger, mixed groups. Located at the base of Park City Mountain Resort, this two-bedroom, three-bathroom condo puts you steps from the lifts in every season, with 1,550 square feet of comfortable, classic mountain living.

The living and dining area is inviting and easy to settle into, with a cozy gas fireplace as the natural gathering point after a day outdoors. The fully equipped kitchen makes mealtime simple, whether it's a quick breakfast before heading to the mountain or a full dinner for the group, and a sleeper sofa in the living room adds extra sleeping space when you need it. Two queen beds fill the first bedroom, comfortable for four, while the second bedroom pairs a king with a twin — a configuration that works well for a family needing an extra single bed or a group with an odd number of guests to accommodate.

Resort Plaza sits on Park City's free transit line and within easy walking distance of shops, dining, and après-ski spots, so you're never far from the action even without a car. Guests also have access to complimentary Wi-Fi, elevator service, and underground parking in the Lowell Building, with a clearance of 6 feet 10 inches — please note that oversized vehicles cannot be accommodated and alternate parking is not available. Your parking permit will be waiting on the kitchen counter upon arrival. A year-round off-site heated pool, hot tub, and fitness center round out the property's shared amenities, all within walking distance of the condo. This rental does not offer air-conditioning.

Please note that construction is underway on the Plaza deck from May 1 through the end of September 2026. Noise and vibration are expected during the first two months of this window, and a safety construction fence will be in place along the fire lane and Lodge at Mountain Village property line.

Resort Plaza 5040 is a non-smoking, pet-free property. Guests check in through our Direct to Condo process; a pre-registration form must be completed prior to arrival to receive access information. Housekeeping is not included but may be arranged through our Guest Services office for an additional fee, subject to availability, with at least two weeks' advance notice.
