What makes Arizona Shores different is its layout. The property features three separate, 323-square-foot bungalow suites, each with its own private entrance, kitchenette, and full bathroom. It's an ideal setup for couples, friends, or families traveling together. Everyone has their own space, but you're all just steps away from each other. The entire property is rented to one group at a time, so it's your own private little river resort.

Arizona Shores sits along a wide, deep-water stretch of the Colorado River, with private docks, beautiful views, and plenty of room to enjoy the water.

Outside, there's room to spread out. Large waterfront decks, shaded patios, an outdoor kitchen, a fire table, three Malibu kayaks, and ping pong make it easy to spend the whole day outdoors. It's the kind of place where boats come and go, music plays, kids enjoy the river, and everyone gathers outside long after the sun goes down.

There's plenty of parking for boats, trailers, and side-by-sides, along with ample dock space and easy access to some of the best boating on the Parker Strip. The nearby Moovalya Keys offer calm water for kayaking, fishing, and exploring.
