The staff is wonderful and very accommodating. The location seems to be going through renovation at this time. However, the room which I stayed was very old and could be cleaner. The bed and sheets were clean, and the bed was comfortable. The pool is currently in repair and the several nights the folks which stayed at the hotel, sat outside at tables close to the rooms and were up partying until I called the front desk. They took care if it straight away. Again, the staff was amazing, so this is a good place to sleep instead of driving tired. I would give this 3 months and the remodel should be complete.

Travel lodge details
This hotel had a room with 3 queen beds, which was perfect for my situation. It was spacious and mostly had what we needed: microwave, fridge. No blankets but they had told me to come to the office if I needed any. The bathroom was a bit small and not very clean. The towels were pretty ragged but did the job. It just lacked little things like towel hooks or hangers, box of Kleenex, ice container, etc. The ice machine was broken but they sent maintenance with a bag of ice-so service was great! The pool was also not working. Parker can be a bit sketchy and the neighborhood is not great. Parking can be limited and we arrived at night and the Travellodge sign was dark and didn’t light up-but we found it. Overall, it was a good price for the value.

A very old property that has been fixed up, but with poor materials and workmanship. Leftover tile pieces from the 50s still in place and finish carpentry work poor. Little bathroom, but bedroom space huge. A fairly new, giant TV, great pillows, and new shower with the pump soaps, shampoo, and conditioner..

Not worth the savings!
Mike at the front desk was the only thing GOOD about this place. He was very nice. This place was completely run down. There was construction (which was not indicated in hotel information). The construction was right in front of our room. When they were done all their tools were left on the ground, forcing us to walk over them and the tools were still there in the morning. The TV didn’t work. Mike came right away to get it up and running. It went out again later. People we’re partying in the parking lot outside the door until 2:00am. The bed was old, sunk in and uncomfortable.

Not a great room
Hotel is in the process of renovating. Our room was not renovated. It smelled like musty smoke and old. Carpets were odd colors, old and dirty. Ceiling fan shook. Blinds broken and don’t cover the window. Outlets sparked. It was a nice big room with sleeping space for 8 and could be lovely, but needs some serious work.

Basic but functional and comfortable and friendly
Front desk clerk was helpful, friendly, and courteous. Hotel is a bit outdated, but still functional and nothing was broken. We felt safe and comfortable in our room. We had an issue with the tv system, but once we changed the input settings, we could watch TV just fine.

Spend the extra money and stay elsewhere
This place was pathetic. Old furniture and bed. The shower was nothing more than a trickle and took 10 minutes to get hot water. There was one washcloth and two towels, no soap, no cups two pillows that were shotty condition, and a sheet over a dirty nasty mattress cover. Bottom Sheet barely fit over the bed.The room smelled bad and I would not recommend anyone stay there. The desk clerk was nice.

KEEP DRIVING!!
To make this at short as possible... I prepaid on Hotels.com App. Got to front desk. He said his computer is down and cant check me in. Would not even help and questioned if i even PAID!? Since it was non refundable on the site i had to contact customer service. They contacted him and he was no help. Finally im sitting in my car by the front office and "alex the manager" whom did not help earlier comes out waiving his arms asking what are my plans ? Im stressing him out and am i going to book a room or not ? I was furious at the point im on the phone with the relocate dept of hotels.com. i ended up staying there after 15 minutes of back and forth calls. After i finally get my key he proceeds to say let me twll you something.. i said SIR! IM GOING TO MY ROOM. GOODNIGHT. This place was horrific!!!! Not even cleaned properly. Drawers had ild trash in it and a mini fridge sotting out unplugged for who knows what reason. Another one was already there plugged in. I will NEVER WAIST A DIME HERE EVER AGAIN.. AND ALEX ??? your lucky ive changed my life around i wouldve taught u a nice lesson. U better get it together!

Hot uncomfortable rooms.
On site manager was very accommodating. But if the management/ staff know that rooms have been booked i do not understand for the life of me why would you not turn on the ac in the rooms prior to customers checking in? We checked in around 830pm and it took three plus hours to cool off and be somewhat comfortable. I get it small towns have to save money where they can but come on. Our friends checked in late Sat night and were asked 20 questions? The manager didn't see why they checked in so late knowing check out was at 11:00am. Just rent the room.

The hotel was conveniently located near gas stations and places to eat. The room was very big. The condition of the hotel and room was dirty and rundown. The sheets were dirty. The walls in the room were filthy. The shower had visible scum. We had to shower with sandals on. The shower and bathroom and bathroom walls had hair stuck to them. The parking was not adequate. With people parking their boats, there was no room for every guest. There were people that looked like they lived in some of the rooms partying and playing music very loud - and literally walking outside of their room half-dressed (man showing his bare butt)...not cool. It was extremely over-priced for the condition.

the heat and rain bought a few critters up from the ground which comes with the season in the desert of Arizona. Monthly professional services are always utilized and no critters are in the rooms - just outside after a rainfall.

Just being honest here folks
The night clerk demanded that I remove my mask as I walked in. I declined and said I'm keeping my mask on, the night clerk proceeded to inform me that he has had three heart attacks and I'm not about to give him another one by not removing my mask because the hotel down the road was robbed the night before. I offered him my ID and credit card right away kept my mask on and walked to the back of the room giving him ample space to process my reservation. The mini lobby reeked of cigarettes, and body odor. It's unfortunate that the hotel staff has been conditioned to immediately be rude instead of giving customers the benefit of the doubt. The room was nice and large smelled a fabuloso cleaning supplies not bad but if you have an allergy to that particular deodorizer it was pretty extreme. We were provided a face cloth and one small bath towel which was stained with black makeup. King bed was lumpy and on the harder side but it did appear to be clean. AC works amazing!! Try not to be 100% negative but what I paid for the night was way more than what the property was actually worth. This is a 69 to $89 a night hotel not much more than that. However however I was informed by the night time staff that this was a resort town and the customers have lots of money yikes I was profiled.... Parking lot was horrible torn up chunks missing and extremely compressed no real parking available. The AC was amazing! The floor was new wood type flooring and that was nice and clean and dust free.

Due to security concerns, the mgmt needs to compare ID with pictures / masks removed - just like the airport and bank does. Fraud is real in the travel industry and with cameras in the office, we do out best to record who is renting a room for everyone's safety on check in . glad the AC works well and flooring is nice. Parking lot is serviced in the fall due to heat, sorry you didnt like the staff. Some people get offended on the mask issue. We will do out best to train better.
