The room was great size, however-overpriced. The first night got no sleep, due to the microwave throwing out sparks, was running with nothing being done to it, and when you kept the door open the lights inside the microwave would look like a strobe light-went down to reception and she came up to the room and tried reaching out to engineering & did offer to switch rooms (however it was 3:30or later in the morning, and I was not going to wake my 5 year old up and move her all around and her not go back to sleep, when she finally just fell asleep not much before this happened.) I said we'll unplug it and just go without until the next day when my child woke up & was told there would be some kinda resolution (the pull out bed was also broke & she also said she notated the account) we moved And then that pull out bed was also broken, and the AC/heater wasn't working so we kept the window cracked, went down and asked about it and was told someone would be up to reset the system and no one came until the day after when I went and reminded. The front desk again. Then we were without power for a few hours 4-6 hours, and on 2 of the days their breakfasts they offer, they were closed before the time stated. Some staff friendly, some are just miserable.
