„Great location. Place is very nice & cozy , Gorgeous rooftop pool area with amazing views of dtla. Has an in-unit laundry which is nice and full kitchen. I also like that the room was a separate space and the living room was very spacious. Red line metro is super close which made commuting very easy. Highly recommend walking to grand central market , which was a short walk over. Definitely would stay again...24 hour security in building was a bonus as well.“

„Although Properly close to Downtown and had a private gate and quiet neighborhood; the standard to be a 4 start rate property it’s too far away. Had Broken curtains, non matching towels, missing shower door, ants infestation, unclean refrigerator, unmatched silverware and pots and pans. Owner needs to do some research how to improve property values.“

„We were so pleased! The beds and couch were comfortable! The entire space was clean. I was pleased with the space and the A/C. The kitchen had the things we need. The fridge was big and pristine. The neighbors are so quiet. Street parking isn’t my favorite but it wasn’t horrible and the location was amazing! We went to universal and it was so close. Great communication and very great experience.“

„The Host changed the dates of the booking by a week without any notice 2 days before I checking in. The host ghosted me and did not change the dates back at all. Before he ghosted me, he was rude and sketchy. Do not book this room, you will get scammed. I thankfully caught the changes he made before the refund policy expired the next day. If I didn’t catch it, I would have been scammed a lot of money and would have gone to a trip with nowhere to stay. Stay away from this place“

„Overall experience was great. Very nice place and great location for our trip. This unit would be amazing for up to 3 couples or a large family. The only area we have to offer is in the kitchen… the pans and cooking utensils need to be replaced and the knifes are a bit dull. We could have used a blender… otherwise well equipped.“

„The property was delightful. It was close to the continuing center which was what we needed. It was a little confusing to find little grocery spots and stuff, but we figured it out. The rooftop pool was awesome and it didn't matter when we were out, someone was cleaning. I loved that. The door men were super accommodating and friendly. The parking was easy after I figured it out. The curtains were super good at keeping out the light and heat. The washer dryer was larger than other properties.“

„This apartment was everything we needed it to be. If you are used to the city life inherent to Los Angeles, this apartment is great. The owner is incredibly responsive, The apartment is very convenient to shopping and to exploring Japantown (Sawtelle) by foot, and is convenient to West Los Angeles and Santa Monica and the environs by car.
