« We spent 5 nights. Mildred's studio was perfect for our vacation. Kitchen had everything for meal prep. Decent size refrigerator with ice maker. Nice furnishings, comfy! Clean and beautiful inside and out. Very peaceful and quiet. Tough to find a nicer place for the price. »

« The property manager Livia is a masseuse, she gave us both a hot rock massage and never having one before what a treat! After 100 miles on a motorcycle, it was unreal she has a trapeze and bars set up over head so she can walk on your back. She is petite woman and really knows what she is doing form a healing and straightening standpoint I felt so good after and felt good for days after including the ride home! « This cute little studio was perfect for what I needed while in GV visiting my mother. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen had just what I needed, and I was able to come back at night and unwind before heading out the next day. Cute neighborhood with plenty of places to walk. Easy access to GV proper and GV recreation center. »

« This property was perfect for us because we only needed a place to rest and clean up. It was easy to check-in and out. Being within the fully fenced property felt very safe and it's quiet. The hosts were great. It is a studio, not a 1 bedroom. »

« My husband and I (plus our dogs) came for a weekend stay to do some wine tasting in Elgin/Sonoita. We absolutely loved our time at this casita. Photos are exactly as pictured, host was responsive and we had everything we needed. We would absolutely recommend staying here - we will be back! »
