« Adorable cottage in a perfect location to walk into West Hampton town and the beaches. Easy check-in with great communication. Plenty of amenities, including bikes, beach chairs, towels, and all you need to have a BBQ. Peaceful backyard - perfect to relax and read or enjoy an outside BBQ with family. I was with 2 girls friends and it was great for our needs. »

« Place was incredible, house is also stocked with everything you would need to spend a few nights I was impressed, quickly realized I don’t even need to pack half of what I brought. Bathroom is stocked with tooth brushes and tooth paste even cue tips plus a bunch more. Kitchen cabinets stocked full of spices and everything for coffee. Also every kitchen appliance you could think of is available »

« Upon arrival, there was a notice of non payment of almost 4000 from the electric company on the door so I was concerned I would lose electric. The grounds seemedover grown and unkept. There was no TV, no hot water in the kitchen with a brokenhot water knob which would have needed a wrench. « The property location is picture perfect for anyone who loves the water and sunsets. I would caution that getting to the house from the road can be a challenge as it is a significant stairway. The homeowners were great, very accommodating and a pleasure to meet. As dog-owners we truly appreciated the ability to bring our pups with us.The town, just a short walk away, is very charming and offers quality food options and quaint shoppes to browse and shop.
