« This place was awesome and we would stay again! It was very clean -- kitchen surfaces, floors, beds, bathrooms all looked great. We loved the 3 floors, 2 balconies & stocked kitchen supplies. It's nice that the kitchen is open to the rest of the floor so everyone feels together during food prep. Beach supplies are also there (chairs, umbrellas). « We stayed in 2/2026. The negatives that need some major attention: Inside the place: BLACK MOLD, & uncorrected water damage to the ceiling, & baseboards in multiple rooms. Paint is worn. Appliances rusted. Master shower doesn’t drain (fills up when you first turn on the shower & doesn’t drain for an hour). Guest shower door doesn’t close. Corners of rooms dirty/grimy. Hair on the bed sheets. Furniture in bedroom is dirty/stained, loose & about to fall apart. Bed slides all over the floor. Soap...
