The booked rooms were not available, refund refused. The AC super noisy and loud into your face while lying on bed and you can’t switch it off. Everything is super old and dated. Sofas dirty and you don’t get anything without pushing for it. No bathrobe, no slippers and no safe in the room. If you are on floor 3,4 or 5 get ready for super loud AC engines on the roof in front of your room. The ice machines on every floor are as old as everything else and super noisy which results in people disconnecting them if they have their rooms there. What an awful experience. For us, never again!
