„Clean, sure. I love to see a clean hotel. However I truly rate my experience based on how easy staff made it to check in and the interactions with the staff who work at the hotel. This was the worst stay ever. Started off by arguing with front desk about how I paid my room in full back in April. Had the receipt to prove.
