Siamo contenti che abbiate apprezzato molto il vostro soggiorno all'Arnaboldi Palace e l'attenzione che vi ha riservato il nostro staff. Il costo della ZTL e del Parcheggio purtroppo non dipendono dalla struttura. Ma in ogni caso offriamo sempre varie opzioni di parcheggio, da quelli gratuiti, ma più lontani, al Garage con il servizio valet. Ci dispiace tuttavia che abbia avuto l'impressione di una città sporca o in abbandono. Proprio negli ultimi anni Pavia ha invece beneficiato di una generale riqualificazione di molti degli edifici storici grazie anche ai recenti incentivi statali di cui tanto si parla in questi giorni e ai tanti interventi di recupero avviati anche dall'Università. Sono assolutamente d'accordo sulle scritte sui muri, sul decoro e sulla pulizia delle strade. SI potrebbe fare meglio. Ma questo è un discorso anche di educazione forse molto più generale che coinvolge la nostra Società. Speriamo di avervi presto di nuovo nostri ospiti. Grazie e alla prossima

Dear Guest, thank you for your review. We are sorry you couldn't be fully staisfied due to the narrow access to your Suite. This room is however located in an exclusive wing, overlooking a large and quiet terrace that usually is very much appreciated buy our guests. I agree with you that the access could be considered narrow but this aspect has sometimes been considered as part of the charm of this 19th century building. However, I hope that despite this entry, you have had a pleasant stay. If you come back to visit us we will remember to assign you one of the suites in the west wing! Gentile Stefano mi spiace che sia rimasto parzialmente deluso dal suo soggiorno a Pavia. Anche perché alcune delle criticità che evidenzia mi lasciano sorpreso e potevano essere evitate se solo ce lo avesse segnalato al momento. Tutte le nostre camere hanno infatti in dotazione sia le ciabattine usa e getta che gli asciugacapelli e le grucce Sarebbe bastato chiederli al nostro personale e le avremmo indicato dove trovarli. Mi scuso invece per le tende oscuranti. In realtà nell'averle offerto un upgrading gratuito in una camera di livello superiore il nostro collaboratore non ha tenuto conto che le tende oscuranti di quella camera erano in lavanderia. Mi dispiace e me ne scuso. Le confermo che tutte le nostre camere sono dotate di tende oscuranti. Infine, per quanto concerne l'ingresso, siamo consapevoli che non sia il nostro punto di forza ma gli interni, tra cui il nostro salone delle feste con il soffitto di stucchi alto oltre 8 metri, sono talmente unici e sorprendenti che quasi nessuno alla fine da importanza all'ingresso. In sintesi mi sembra che la sua esperienza poteva andar molto meglio senza grosse difficoltà ma solo con una migliore e più rapida comunicazione. Spero quindi che possa tonare a trovarci, verificare di persona quanto le ho indicato e lasciarci con un ricordo migliore di questa volta. A presto
