Cottage 4 Chambres/4 Salles de Bain au Litchfield Country Club sur le Parcours de Golf - Pawleys Island

  • Come and stay at one of the original Litchfield Country Club cottages, located in the heart of LCC golf course (Pawleys Island’s first golf course opened in 1966), next to the driving range and across from the country club. This spacious home can sleep up to 12 guests, with plenty of interior living space and four primary bedrooms, each bedroom with its own bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities. There is a 75" Amazon + Roku smart TV in the living room and 55" Amazon + Roku smart TVs in each bedroom. Outdoor space includes a screened porch area in the front of the house and a patio with a grill and firepit out back. Kickback and relax at your home away from home, or get out and enjoy everything Pawleys Island and the surrounding area has to offer.

    Bed linens, bath towels, starter paper products and toiletries are included.

Perfect spot!

What a great property! We stayed with family and enjoyed grilling out and relaxing around the fire pit. It was the perfect retreat!The hosts made everything so easy and were super flexible. Would stay again for sure…

Beautifully maintained home. Perfect for couples or families with children. My family enjoyed the beautiful patios. Large kitchen and living area. All the bedrooms were nicely decorated and comfortable. We definitely recommend this home and hope to be back visiting soon. My husband loved being next to the driving range for practice before his golf games.

All of the other reviews were spot on! This property was perfect with lots of thought put in to ensure we had everything we needed. Each of the bedrooms have their own space, perfect for everyone to be comfortable and relaxed. The location was central and easy to get in and out to play golf, eat at one of the great restaurants, visit the beach, hike, etc. Highly recommend!

Very welcoming environment, had the lights and porch fans on just like we were coming ‘home’. Well stocked kitchen with plenty of dishes, silverware, pots/pans, etc. We were a group of 6 women and each stated that this place was the best any of us have stayed at for a VRBO; excellent all around and, our host was in contact with me from start to finish. Can’t praise the host and home enough!!

The home was tastefully decorated and an unbelievable amount of supplies. They thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. Excellent communication. In the middle of a bunch of golf courses. Right next to a driving range. Great setup for a foursome golf group. We had four couples and the four bedrooms with en suites worked out perfectly.

From start to finish this was by far the best VRBO experience we’ve ever had. The hosts were incredibly responsive to all inquiries and even let us know we were able to enter the property early. Wow! Then we arrived, and all of our needs were anticipated, from toiletries to kitchen utensils, I’ve never seen a more well stocked rental. They even had beach toys for the kids. Thank you for a truly memorable week and for being such gracious hosts. We hope to come back soon!

Fantastic house; extremely well equipped, nice touches like a large welcoming basket of snacks and a case of water in the fridge, wood for the fire pit. Bedrooms all roomy, full baths, with extra toothbrushes, plenty of shampoo and soap, lots of towels. All light switches clearly labeled so no fumbling around. A truly outstanding property.

What a great house. 6 big beds, 4 full bathrooms, plenty of space to relax. A perfect rental. The hosts were extremely accommodating, and provided everything you might need, and even some things in case you forgot. They even had a case of water in the fridge, a basket of snacks on the kitchen table, and just about every type of coffee you can imagine. Highly recommend this house!

Absolutely incredible property! Every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully updated, and tastefully decorated throughout. Very comfortable, like our home away from home. And it was convenient to some great golf courses. The property was exceptionally well stocked with everything we could possibly need, including kitchen essentials, bathroom toiletries, snacks, water, and many thoughtful extras. The owners were fantastic—very responsive, quick to answer all of my questions, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process.I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-appointed, and hassle-free stay. We would absolutely stay here again!

We really loved how everyone had their own “space” in regard to bedrooms and bathrooms.The home is spacious, decorated beautifully and very comfortable!We really enjoyed staying there and had a great time!!Home is close to shopping, restaurants etc…Matt and Megan were responsive with any questions we had.We will most def be staying here again!!!

This house was perfect the host thought of everything. I have rented houses before and ended up having to buy more supplies when I checked in, I came prepared and never had to touch my cleaning supplies, etc. Our kids loved the place too! Location was amazing for the wedding event we were attending just across the street. Couldn’t ask for a better spot with location and distance to many places. I would recommend this house to family and friends as well as use the same host in the future.

I would give this Vrbo 10 stars if they have 10 stars. This place is perfect for anyone that wants to use for golf trip. The place is located in a golf community and extremely safe and quiet. Amazingly clean, bed’s mattress are comfortable, the owners,,,,Matt and Megan…..are very nice and attention to every possible details…If we come back to Myrtle Beach….this is the place I will stay. Parking is plenty.

I would love to rate this much higher. The house is more than you could ever hope for. The home was spotless and very well equipped with everything that you could possibly need for a wonderful vacation. We have rented numerous homes from VRBO and this one is by far the best that we have ever stayed in!! Megan was very responsive to our needs and was easily reached when necessary. You will not be disappointed if you should rent this home.

Absolutely great for the family of 4, kids both got a room and bathroom. Wife has restless legs so I got my own room and bath as well lol. Great location for most anything, whether its the Greenbrook gardens, the beach, Myrtle beach, shops, parks, you name it. We plan on a different state each year but if I ever end up in the area, this will be booked again.
