« My first comment was how clean the room and bathroom was. That stood out for me. There was a desk and chair, with a close power point for the laptop. The only complaint I had was that I couldn't get the heater to go. I pointed the controller at it, pressed and nothing seemed to happen. »

« Daughter had a shower when we got there and was in the shower no longer then 5 mins and lost all hot water for the night! Aircon wasn’t big enough to warm the room and no extra blankets provided. Couldnt get onto anyone for assistance with anything. Something had been spilt all through the fridge and looks like it had been there for a long time. Very disappointed at how clean the room was. The service was good up until we got there then nothing. Maybe I’m unlucky but I will not be staying here...

« The room was clean, tidy, and very comfortable. Its location was excellent, just a short distance from both the zoo and the observatory. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room warm and cosy throughout our stay. Breakfast at the restaurant was delicious, and our kids absolutely loved the place. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend it. »
