« This is a beautiful, clean, newer property near the freeway and Chandler Fashion Center mall. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. This property has many food and entertainment options nearby. If you have kids, there is a Chuck E Cheese and a move theater nearby. The mall is very close and there is a Crsyola and an escape room for fun. If you are traveling with dogs, there is a huge open field at the rear of the property to walk them. This is a very safe business park area. »

« The hotel was supposed to pick us up from the airport to the hotel (that is why we chose this place in the first olace, for the free shuttle service!). But nobody was available to pick us up so we got stuck at the airport for hours trying to figure out how to get with our 3-yr-old who didn't have a car seat...). « I have NEVER had a hotel take as long as this one to release my deposit and I stay in a lot of hotels. I stayed on a Saturday night, it’s Wednesday and they still haven’t released it and I always leave my room very clean. There were what sounded like kids partying in one of the rooms in my hall.
