« Overall it was a good start. Very quiet area for the most part. I feel it safe and able to walk at night. Sufficient space but there is no pullout couch. There’s only two beds, queen and full. No way 6 people can sleep without an additional inflatable. Furniture was ok. Kitchen was ok but there were ants and mold. Bathroom was pretty clean. Had an issue with parking one day. Overall it was a good stay. The property needs deep cleaning and upkeep. »

« Inside of property was very clean and as shown on listing. The pool and backyard were very cute. One major issue is that there is no door to the en suite bathroom, so it is essentially unusable when anyone else is in the room. Laying in bed you have a direct view of the toilet. It also makes it so that you can't turn a light on to use the restroom or shower if anyone is still sleeping. Another issue we had was that both showers were difficult to adjust. « The property overall was very nice and clean, everything was up-to-date. Our only issues was the code to the door did not work when we arrived. We were able to enter the home through the back door because it was left unlocked. The maintenance guy did not come and fix the code lock until 8PM so we had to leave the back door unlock when we went out on the first day. The host Roy was very supportive and responsive. « Great place to stay. The bad news is that the location and outside appearance is disarming and makes you fear that you will be very disappointed. However, when the open the door you will be delighted at the cleanliness and good condition everything is in. It is far more spacious that I expected. and an unbelievable bargain. The only place to stay while in north Miami. »
