« Great property for big groups. We were 3 families, 6 adults and 6 kids (between 3 and 9). The kitchen is very complete and spacious. 2 living areas, and plenty of beds.The outdoor area is very big so the kids can run free. And 3 minutes away from supermarkets. »

« Farm Cottage is the most perfect dog-friendly haven, and Pat has thought of everything to ensure a relaxing and comfortable stay. Talking of comfort, the beds are incredible - haven’t slept that well in a long time - and the bath was great. There are shops only a short drive away, so many beaches nearby and my dog loved the wide open fields right outside to explore. It’s very quiet and the stars at night are incredible. Highly recommend, I would happily return to stay again. »

« We had three generations staying at the property - Mum and I just wanted a midweek getaway, while daughter monopolised the dining table with university coding work. The separate tv space meant we could all use the house and enjoy our time together without getting in each other’s hair.The place was spotless and everything worked as it should. »

« Property was great. Unfortunately there was no BBQ or furniture in the second living room as in description of property No use of the backyard due to renovations. When property is finished it will be amazing. Everything else was great. Very clean communication fantastic »

« The property was excellent and well furnished with all commodities.Only down side trying to work some appliances this was only a very minor issue as they all worked as expected.One other very minor issue there was no soap for the shower and second bedroom did not have any hangers. this did not affect our stay and will be back again. »

« Comfortable, uncluttered and well-stocked unit with beautiful water views within walking distance to cafes, shops & pier. Sunroom/front deck was perfect spot to chill out and our dog loved it too. »

« Great space, we travelled as 3 adults and each had our own room. Very comfy space, 20minute easy walk to town. Only 1 bathroom but seperate toilet. Would recommend »

« We enjoyed a lovely little break on the Bellarine Peninsula. So very clean and tidy. Plenty of room for the family. Thanks to the hosts for the welcoming bottle of local wine. A great home base for us to explore the area from. Quiet area at the back of St.Leonards. »

« The property is so comfortable, clean and with everything you could need. The location is within walking distance to town. The Owner Vicky has done a magnificent job furnishing the house, and was very good at communicating with us. We had a few questions which Vicky dealt with promptly. I would love to return. »
