« Lovely house, great location. The only downside was parking wasn't available outside the house while we were there, but the host suggested somewhere a few minutes walk away that worked for us perfectly - it might be a concern if you have mobility issues, though. The house was really well equipped and thoughtfully put together, and our family of 5 very much enjoyed our stay there. »

« The property is really nice. Unfortunately as soon as you enter the settee and carpet are stained. There are also marks all over the walls. The kettle was also dirty. I emailed about this and didn't get a response. I emailed again and they said someone would swap the kettle but they did this while we were out which I don't appreciate as I specifically told them not to enter when we weren't there. "Probably this hÎtel has seen better days but it is actually well maintained, besides some scratches in the carpets and broken screws. The façade is currently being renovated. It is very well located in Swansea and easy to find It was quite empty so rather calm when we were here. The plus is definetly the extra super friendly and helpful staff. At the front desk and for the breakfast we had a wonderful experience, the people where super friendly and helpful. We had a very nice price so it's a good value deal. Would recommend."
