We had absolute no problems with this accommodation and everything we need for our stay was provided. The living room has three sofas now. The house has the best bathrooms we ever had in the UK. The communication with Ben was easy and he answered to my mails very fast. Thank you Ben and Ailsa. We will come back next time.“

„A good sized house for a family stay. Very well stocked kitchen and dining table that is plenty large enough. Worth noting that the people using the double room upstairs have to go downstairs and through the house to access the toilet at night if the twin room (with the ensuite) upstairs is occupied. That said we enjoyed our stay and would return to the property. Lovely outside space, shame the weather didn’t allow us to enjoy it more!“

„Very hospitable landlords who were always available to answer any questions. The holiday home was exactly as described and has everything needed for a family of three. Attention was paid to many details, everything is lovingly furnished. There are many places of interest to visit in the surrounding area, everything is also accessible by bus. We would be happy to recommend the landlords and the holiday home.“

„Great house for an extended family holiday. It worked for ages ranging from 48 to 5, including some special needs children. (But be aware, there are lots of stairs, so not really suitable for the physically disabled)The teenagers didn’t feel the WiFi was fast enough, but managed. More photos of the kitchen would be helpful, particularly the size of the fridge. More information about the parking situation would be useful, (before booking).There are lots of bathrooms, but due to the low water ...

„Wir haben unseren Familienurlaub in diesem gemütlichen Haus sehr genossen. Ty Capel liegt sehr zentral und fußläufig von der Promenade mit Pier, Pubs, Cafés und dem Castle entfernt. Alles was man im Alltag benötigt ist vorhanden. Es gibt eine Capuccinomaschine, die keiner zu bedienen wusste, wir haben die French Press benutzt, war auch ok. Schön ist auch eine kleine Terasse mit Holzkohlegrill. Im Wohnzimmer haben wir abends gerne den Kamin beheizt. Sehr freundlich von Kevin eine Flasche Wein und ...

„Property is superb with some amazing views of Llandudno, Colywn Bay and Snowdonia.There is a large circular sofa in the TV room, but there are 2 other sofas in the Kitchen diner and a further sofa in the Snug.Very peaceful and quiet.Outside there are several places to sit and enjoy the sun at various times of the day.Drive is very steep to the property, but the views from the property certainly make it worth while.Good exercise if you like a good walk.We will be staying again.“

"A typical older Victorian hotel, but better than expected at that price! We had a superior twin, which was on the second floor and had a great view through two large windows of the promenade and the sea. The room was big, the beds were comfortable, linen and towels were all new and the room was always clean, plenty of coffee and tea in the room, and all the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. We are a small misunderstanding when checking in which was quickly rectified. Breakfast was a hot and cold buffet and fried or poached eggs on demand. The coffee was good and the bar was nice too. We will definitely come again"

"Das Hotel befindet sich in direkter Lage zum Meer, etwas frisch aber schöner Kiesstrand.Der Ort ist zu Fuß über die schöne Promenade zu erreichen, ein kostenloser Meerpool liegt wenige Meter vom Hotel aus rechts.Das Haus hat seinen eigenen Charme, etwas hellhörig, kann aber auch am Zimmer 226 liegen, direkt neben dem Lift."
