« The location is perfect to access all areas in & around Jacksonville as well as St Augustine. We were all over the place with no problem. Publix across the highway. The unit was very clean, spacious & comfy bed. Hubs enjoyed a Klondike bar, thank you! Extremely quiet with nice blackout blinds for those needing rest. We will go back & highly recommend. »

« This property was perfect for our family to stay for a couple nights before our cruise. It was quiet and relaxing after a long drive from Michigan. The area is beautiful and quiet, perfect for early morning walks. The pool and hot tub were very nice. The bed was extremely comfortable! The condo had everything we needed. I would love to stay here again to enjoy it for a longer stay. »

« Three sisters from Tennessee visited our fourth sister in Jacksonville, FL. The home was perfect for a family visit and just hanging out. It felt very quiet and private. The pool was great for our nieces and several enjoyed the various games on site. The location was perfect for our family in town. I love the open spacious feel of the entire home. Would definitely stay here again. »

« We stayed for 4 weeks with our small dog and very much enjoyed access to the outdoors and easy access to St. Augustine. The location is convenient and quiet. Alton was helpful and friendly. Everything was great and I would highly recommend this cottage in the pines (the azaleas are beautiful too 😊)! »

« We really enjoyed our stay. Condo was spacious and clean. Owner was quick to respond to our inquiries. Quiet unit and grounds and pool area well kept. Only negatives were lack of storage for a long term stay (ie: no dresser/bureau) and size of televisions. Also found that the dryer in unit took an inordinate length of time to dry clothes. »

« I liked the cleanliness and the kitchen was well equipped. I didn't like the bright lights from the pool area at night. I felt they should be either turned off or dimmed down after 11:00. The internet was not functioning except for the first night of our stay, but off the rest of the time. We enjoyed the balcony and it was great that it was protected with a screen to eliminate visits from birds. »

« the gate person was rude to me and to my guest which I invited for lunch. other than that; the stay was pleasant. The kitchen sink is slow draining. the clothes dryer took a little over three hours for the little amount of clothes to dry. The condo itsefl is very nice once you are inside. The hall carpet was dirty but it appears that it will be replaced. »

« The location of this condo was beautiful! The building itself was very nice. The fountains, pool and hot tub was wonderful! The walk to the room could use some work. Maybe new carpet or hardwood floors would be better as it had that musty smell. The inside of the condo was surprisingly spacious. It fit my family of 4 comfortably. « It was evident that the majority of travelers these days must be dog owners. The sofa was rather pungent with dog odor and the back door was seriously clawed up on the outside. We could not get any hot water from the kitchen or lavatory faucets until our last day. Keeping warm was the worst problem for us as senior citizens. No heat cycle on ac units. The portable heater would barely warm one room, so it had to be moved about. It was just too cold in the bathroom to bathe. »
