Manually repositioning the broken flapper in the toilet after each flush was the work around. I'm sure water leaks into the sub floor because of the broken shower base.Great peaceful location. « My husband and I stayed here during our anniversary trip visiting Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine, and Massachusetts. We picked this Vrbo for the great price, location, and space! The host was very responsive to messages and provided clear and concise instructions for checking in to the property. « Clean and cozy cabin! Plenty of space for 6 adults. Nice fire pit but we didn’t get a chance to use it. Kitchen is well stock. The drain on the first floor bath tub is slow. »

« The cottage was beautiful, new, and clean but the cottage I reserved through Expedia was cottage #9 which butted up to the woods with a very private deck with hot tub. The cottage we were given was cottage #7 wich sat right in the middle of 3 other cottages - no privacy at all. I would not have paid the high price to stay in that cottage. Very disappointed! »

The property also was beautiful with a lovely trail and close access to the beach! It was really close to everything in the national park nothing was more than 25 min away!
