Great Property!

Right in the sand, this property had enough room for us and our 4 kids. It was a great layout and exactly what we needed. The pool is right next to this unit which was very convenient! We’d love to stay here again.

Wonderful spot!

We had a great long weekend in this condo! The location is perfect and we loved having such easy access to the sound and the beach. The property manager was quick, friendly, and efficient with all inquiries. Our only negative was the rug and carpets (especially the stairs) were visibly dirty and very much in need of a clean.

Amazing ! You won't be disappointed

First off this place was beautiful. If you are thinking about this condo for vacation you can stop thinking and get it. I'm telling you the beach was right there and the pool was even closer. My family had a great time I had a great time. Our stay was amazing. I will definitely be booking again for future trips. I loved it.

This unit is right on the beach, sound-side, and next to the pool. I felt like the upstairs carpet could use a cleaning and there were only 2 clothes hangers.

HIDDEN GEM BEACH STAY

This is a hidden gem!! On the bay side with a little private beach. Just perfect. The house is cute and beachy. Very private and my family had a blast. My littlest one is 4 and she was able to play safely in the water and we really had the time of our lives and plan to return next year!!! Thanks for the wonderful memories Check in and out were a breeze. Very simple and I had several questions and was immediately responded to. Great Vacation

Very beautiful location. Master bed room was not very comfortable. Property itself was a bit dated. Very clean overall. Of course a little pricey but you’re paying for the location. The home has a great deal of potential however I can’t stress enough that it is dated and could use an interior facelift.

Place was nice but had a few maintenance problems that will be fixed. Also saw a few roaches in kitchen area. Need to spray. Also be good to note on listing, inside stairs. Older people have trouble climbing.

Perfect Location

The location couldn’t have been more perfect! It was nice and quiet, and the neighbors were very friendly! The unit was also open enough to not feel so cramped. However, the appliances are very old and the refrigerator leaked on the inside so much that I had to place cups inside to catch the water. I reported it to maintenance but I guess they were unable to repair it. I find this to be a trend in every condo we stay in at the beach but the floors were NASTY. It’s like cleaning crews never mop the floors. Our feet were black anytime we walked around without shoes. They charge an astronomical amount for a cleaning fee, yet the floors are always disgusting.

Nearly perfect

Enjoyed our stay! The only cons we had during this stay would be the world’s most uncomfortable brick bed in the master and the literally collapsing chairs for the back porch balcony seating. These cons are also listed in most reviews so I really thinks it’s crazy to not have these fixed by now as it would really make the stay perfect and based on those cons alone I would pick a different condo in this exact location since the owners choose to ignore to the 2 most uncomfortable things to fix which wouldn’t even cost much (foam mattress topper & some chairs) but would greatly improve their renters experience. The bed you sleep in every night really hurts your back and we would have loved to have been able to sit on the balcony to enjoy the view but didn’t touch the chairs because they were so shaky and basically rotten. The renting company itself was wonderful with great communication and even came to unlock the downstairs half bath by the time we got back from the beach when our toddler accidentally locked it. Should note that this is on the BAY side so you still have to go across the street to the actual beach but location wise it was nice, it just would have been nice to enjoy the outside Bay view with chairs you could sit on.

Beautiful and Clean but Uncomfortable

This is an older unit, but it was very clean and well-decorated. The location was perfect. We loved having our own quiet little sound-side beach in the backyard. Check-in and check-out procedures were a little vague, but the staff was helpful and easy to reach by text or phone. All the cons involved furniture. The patio was a gorgeous spot for dining outside by the water, but the patio chairs were so wobbly and in such a state of disrepair, we weren’t able to use them safely. Same with the bed in the master bedroom. I don’t like to be negative, but for the MASTER BED in vacation rental, you expect something better than the equivalent of sleeping on a hospital bed. My husband and I actually checked to see if it was a real mattress and box springs under the covers; it felt like a display bed in a store or something. We ended up sleeping on the bunk beds in the kids’ room just to get some rest. Overall, a lovely place, and we will definitely return if they can update the furniture. If you’re a person of size or maybe someone with a bad back, I’d pass on this one.

Beautiful views, nice location, easy to find. Very clean, it was very affordable for a nice condo by the water. The rooms were nice with comfortable bedding. The house xmas stocked with supplies, the pool was very clean and warm. So nice. Everything worked great. Easy communication with the company. Parking was good, and available even for family in the public area. Loved our stay can't wait to rent again!

Great everything!

Perfect location. Kids (age 5&7) loved being able to go right out the backdoor and straight to the sand and water to play; teenager (age 15) was able to go out to play volleyball and walk to beach whenever. The boardwalk to get to the beach side was right across the street. The condo was the perfect size for a family of 5, very clean, and very well stocked! Can't wait to make a trip back down again!

Beautiful Place

The place is beautiful and perfect location. We loved it. The only reason I gave it a 4 stars is because of the cleanliness of the property. The wasn’t really clean. the floor downstairs was dirty, my daughter walked with her socks on and was super dirty after 4 steps. We saw couple of small roaches when we moved the coffee machine, we put the coffee machine under the sink cabinet and didn’t open the cabinet for the entire trip. My daughter dropped her toy under the couch and was full of dust and sand. We just felt with the amount of cleaning fee they charge you, the place could’ve been a bit cleaner. Upstairs and bedrooms/bathrooms were clean (no issues there) Other than that, the place is amazing with private beach and great location. The property manager is super helpful. We had a problem with the internet while working, I called them and they provided us with a hotspot (super helpful- thank you) We would stay there again and again and I do recommend this place. Thank you for a great vacation

We've stayed in the Boardwalk Complex before in other units and this one did not disappoint. The staff was great and very quick to answer our questions, checking/out was a breeze, and we could not have had more fun!
