First trip as a family of four

Great place for a small family or two small families! It was perfect for us and young kids! Balcony is great and just above pool with a great view!

Perfect stay

This is our second stay at this unit and 4th at the property. Easy access to clean and quiet beach. Never felt over crowded. This unit is immaculate and was so easy for us to stay with a toddler. King bed in second bedroom was a perk for families with two couples. The master is large enough for multiple playpen or toddler bed if needed. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of room for everyone to relax. We will be returning to this unit again!

Girls trip

The property was everything we wanted. Plenary of room. Gulf front. Lovely pool area. We loved it the only issue we had was at check at check in. We physically couldn’t find the condo. It was a bit confusing but another guest helped us. We had a wonderful time.

Great location, needs better maintenance

The condo overall was decent. The floors were very dirty and you could tell hadn't been cleaned properly in sometime. It could use some regular maintenance as the sink in the master bathroom was clogged and very slow draining and the seal on the mastershower was coming off on both sides of the shower, almost the entire length of the sides. We contacted them about the dirty floors, clogged sink and the shower seal but when the receptionist got back with us she informed us that there wasn't any housekeeping or maintenance available over the weekend and wouldn't be there till Monday afternoon. Which was after we were leaving so didn't make any difference. The kitchen could use a few more necessities like salt and pepper and even some coffee. The location is really the selling point of this condo. It also would've been nice to have been notified that the walkway to the beach was under construction.

Good Location

We have stayed in this building before, but never used a rental company to do so. It was a bit impersonal, but worked fine. Comfortable furniture and all cookware was in great shape. The only issue we had was the low floor. It's the second floor and very close to the pool deck, which allowed for more noise and light in the master. We were glad it wasn't the high season so there were fewer people.

Perfect spot!

Though the weather was a bit chilly, our unit was lovely! The view and the short flight of steps to the beach was wonderful. Lots of places for folks to sit and visit. Kitchen was fully functional (we did have to ask for more dish washing powder), the beds were super comfy, and except for having to borrow a hair dryer (only one in the 2 bathroom unit), we enjoyed our stay and it was a really nice condo. The pictures and what you get are exactly the same! My only request would be for the bath towels to be replaced. They aren't very absorbent or soft.

Beautiful condo!!

This condo was spectacular. It was extremely clean, spacious, and the best part- fully furnished. It had everything we needed and more. The balcony had a perfect view of both the pool and the ocean. Everything you read on the web page is an accurate description!

Nothing to worry about!

Clean, very spacious and perfectly appointed decor. The master facing the Gulf waters was lovely. The master ensuite topped it off. So much room and privacy. Large open kitchen, large open living area. The 10ft high ceilings made it so open, airy and fresh. The view from the large balcony was extraordinary. Who can say anything wrong about the Gulf right! Only issue worth mentioning is a rowdy croud didnt respect the 'quiet hours' at 10pm. Being on the first floor over top of the pool area, the music and noise was way too noticeable. A simple call to the help desk at 11pm, fixed the problem rather quickly. Had a great time, certainly will be back. To our hosts- thank you for sharing your piece of heaven ❤️

Beautiful weekend at the palacio!

My family and i stayed at palacio 102 last weekend and loved every minute of our stay! The weather and the beach was absolutely perfect! The condo is very spacious and clean with all the amenities you need. It was absolutely perfect for our family! The main bedroom was huge, with enough room for an air mattress if you had kids that need the extra sleeping space. We were very thankful for the washer and drier to wash out our swim suits and beach towels each day. The full kitchen had all the comforts of home! The only thing i would request is a hand held shower sprayer! After a day playing in the sand and the waves with my niece it would have made cleaning up a lot easier. Especially with the low water pressure you sometimes get. the first floor was perfect for us! It was an easy walk for us to get to the pool and to the beach access with no need for the elevator unless we had to carry a lot with us. The balcony over looked the pools and the beach and made for a nice breakfast spot. when we were there they we doing construction, so half of the parking lot was taken up and we had to park across the street most of the time. It wasn't a big deal for us but i could see how it would be hard for elderly guests. But to be fair, it was stated when i booked the room that construction was going on so it didn't come as a surprise. Also, the hot tub was out of order when we were there. I was disappointed but not enough to change my opinion of how wonderful palacio 102 is. I will be back and i hope often! Honestly i didn't want to leave!

Great views, questionable parking situation

Stayed for a week in October. Views of the gulf are fantastic. Master bedroom bed was very comfortable. Room was spacious and would be comfortable for 2 couples to share. Room location was excellent. From the room you are around 10 steps to the stairway to the pool area and boardwalk to the beach. The beach is private for the hotel guests only so that us a huge plus compared to the public beaches. Beach service (2 chairs and umbrella) is included and an exceptional benefit. Make sure to go to the beach to reserve your chairs as soon as you arrive. There are 2 pools and a hot tub. The lap pool is heated and the large pool in the middle is not. The area was well kept and clean. The only negative would be the very limited parking available. When the lot is full there is an overflow lot across the street but the lighted crosswalk is not directly across the street. It is down the street and back about 100 yards. We had to park there twice and would imagine that during busier times this would be a bigger issue, especially if anyone in the party has mobility issues. Overall we would recommend this property, but beware of the parking situation.

Lock code did not work when we first arrived - had to get office involved. Sliding glass door was broken - had to plant your feet firmly on the floor and use both hands to get it open. Sewer smell near guest bath & hallway/kitchen area.

Very nice property!

This is our 2nd stay in this unit. So nice to be on 1st floor! Very convenient to pool and beach! Would recommend some black out curtains in bedroom close to the outside walkway! Other than that it’s very nice.
