The owners went above and beyond on check in day to mate sure we had a relaxing first evening after traveling all day from GA. The property has everything we needed for a wonderful week! Pool towels, sunscreen, all provided. Beach access was 7 minutes away and the owners were prompt to reply to any questions. They thought of everything including a number of recommendations! We definitely will stay again

Extremely nice home! Great location. Home has a nice layout and it’s great for families. Spacious back yard with an incredible pool and hot tub and pool deck. The covered back porch with multiple ceiling fans was fantastic. We would love to go back when the boat dock is completed. We hope it has power, water and a fish cleaning station! The host is beyond incredible!!!!!! We highly recommend this house!

Shirley is a fantastic host and Dreamboat is a gorgeous property. Seawall was perfect docking for our pontoon boat and the location is great. Close to beaches, shopping, and downtown Pensacola. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and the kids loved the upstairs space. They had their own living room space plus some fun toys and board games. We loved it so much we are coming back in 2027! Kitchen has everything you need and extra fridge in the garage is so nice!

This home is so spacious in the living areas where we gathered as a family for dinners and games. There were 11 of us, counting children and I'm wheelchair bound. It was not only decorated beautifully, but also very comfortable. The pool has a heater and a cooler! The owners were extremely communicative and even came out late at night to adjust the temperature. My son was able to park his pontoon on the seawall after the owners put up bumper pads for us, and the kids loved the hotub. I highly recommend staying here.

This property is gorgeous, better than pictured. Pool is like bath water, hot tub was great, and the house has all the comforts of home. Perfect for our party of 8 that included teenagers. Shirley went above and beyond as a host and we would definitely book again!

We enjoyed our stay at Dreamboat. The pool and hot tub were a big hit with our family! The home owners thought of everything we might need during our stay. Their attention to detail and recommendations for local restaurants was greatly appreciated!

Great home away from home!

We stayed here for a long weekend in Perdido Key with friends who retired in the area. The house was in a great, central location, well equipped, and gave us plenty of room to spread out and relax. Our hosts went above and beyond to make us welcome. I hope we can stay here on a future visit!

Lovely home, great size for our group of 8. Room to be together or to have space as needed. Location is good. Enjoyed time in the pool and loved the proximity of Johnson beach. Highly recommend this rental!

Awesome place

Dream boat is absolutely amazing very clean very roomy. It had everything we needed. The hot tub is amazing. The owners were great easy to work with even stocked us with some beginning food and adult beverages will definitely be renting this place again.
