Pensacola Paradise - Apartment

This is a 1 bedroom. The couch does pull out into a queen bed, however the apartment is small, so we don't recommend using the pull out for more than a night or two. There is a full size laundry in the apartment.

The outdoor space, patio, grill, corn hole, and fire pit in the back yard are shared with a 3 bedroom rental unit. Sometimes we have a short term (vacation) tenant, and sometimes our family stays there.

There is space for two cars in the driveway. Please only park in front of the garage, do not park in front of the main house.

We are located in downtown Pensacola. We are approximately 15 minutes to the Navy base, 20 minutes to Pensacola Beach.
