Welcome to "The Crooked Cottage"! Originally built in the early 1900’s, so she has old bones with some crooked walls and uneven floors but we love the character it gives this charming home and why we named her so. She underwent an extensive remodel inside and out in early 2026, so you can now enjoy your own little private oasis nestled near downtown Pensacola with palm trees, a putting green, comfy lounging chairs and even an outdoor shower! This beautifully restored cottage is perfect for a peaceful getaway, business trip for solo travelers, small families, friends traveling together or a romantic retreat for couples. The home sleeps up to 4 guests comfortably and is designed with your comfort and enjoyment in mind. Start your mornings or unwind in the evenings on the classic front porch, or enjoy your outdoor private backyard. The cottage is a 2 bedroom 1 bath that is 780sf, so adequately sized to enjoy and relax but still small enough to give you the quaint cottage feel. The primary bedroom features a plush king-size bed with high-quality linens and bedding, with a closet and a smart TV. The second bedroom offers a full-size bed, with a designated desk work area and large closet for additional storage like suitcases that is also stocked with beach essentials like towels, chairs, umbrella and cooler and also a new "Pack n' Play (no sheets) and additional linens. Both bedrooms also have room darkening curtains for that lazy sleep in vacation morning if desired. The living room features a large sectional couch easy to stretch out on, with a smart TV for streaming your favorite shows and a blue-ray dvd player, an electric fireplace, board games and creative touches throughout. The fully Equipped eat-in Kitchen is perfect for cooking a full meal or just heating up leftovers, which includes a stove top/oven, microwave, refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, dishes, utensils, cookware and in-unit Washer and dryer. We do provide "starter" essentials to make the trip enjoyable like bathroom toiletries, coffee k-cups, laundry pods, paper towels and toilet paper/tissues. We feel that we are conveniently located to all that Pensacola has to offer! Just a short drive (about 3 mins) to downtown Pensacola that has award-winning restaurants, local shops, live music, breweries, galleries, performing arts, and vibrant nightlife. Don’t miss the Gallery Night art walks or Saturday Farmer’s markets! Pensacola Beach is just 8 miles (15-20 mins) away, where you’ll find powdery white sands and emerald-green waters. Perfect for sunbathing, swimming, paddle boarding, or just relaxing by the waves. Often called the most beautiful beach in the country! Only 15 minutes from Pensacola International Airport, making arrival and departure a breeze, The infamous Flora-Bama- is 30 mins door to door where you can experience the uniqueness of relaxing and enjoying live music and an adult beverage in two states at once! And only 15 minutes to NAS base if you are here to visit loved ones, or check out the naval museum or see the famous Blue Angels!
