The Coastal Nest - a duplex perfect for family groups that sleeps 12 (6 per unit)

The Coastal Nest includes both sides of a Perdido Key duplex, Herons' Walk and Pelican Pointe, with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and space for up to 12 guests. Two kitchens, separate living areas, and laundry on each side make it easy to share a trip while keeping your own routine. Enjoy the covered patio and fenced backyard, with beaches and shopping nearby.



The Space:

The Coastal Nest brings Herons' Walk and Pelican Pointe together in one reservation. Each side has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, its own kitchen, dining area, living room, and in-unit laundry. It's a comfortable setup for two families or multiple generations traveling together, with space to spend time together and places to wind down on your own.



Living and dining

Warm wood finishes, tile floors, and comfortable seating give the interiors a warm, comfortable feel. Make breakfast in your own kitchen, ease into the day over coffee, or settle into either living room after time at the beach. Having two kitchens and dining areas gives each family room to keep its own meal schedule.



Sleeping arrangements

Herons' Walk, Side A: one king bedroom, one queen bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Sleeps up to 6.

Pelican Pointe, Side B: one king bedroom, one queen bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Sleeps up to 6.

Across both sides, there are four bedrooms and two living-room sleeper sofas, accommodating up to 12 guests. At full occupancy, four guests use the sleeper sofas.



Outdoor space and everyday comforts

The covered patio offers a place to sit with your morning coffee or catch up at the end of the day, with a fenced backyard beyond. Bedrooms have direct patio access; the living areas reach the patio through a common breezeway. Each home has its own washer and dryer, so you can keep up with laundry without leaving your side of the duplex.



Guest Access:

Your reservation includes both Herons' Walk and Pelican Pointe, the covered patio, the fenced backyard, and the two-car garage at Pelican Pointe, Side B. The garage at Herons' Walk, Side A, is reserved for the owner and is not included.

Self check-in lets you arrive and settle in at your own pace. The living areas reach the patio through a common breezeway, while the bedrooms have direct patio access.



The Neighborhood:

The Coastal Nest is in the Perdido Key area, close to beaches and shopping and the best restaurants the area has to offer. It's a practical home base for family beach days, with separate living spaces to return to when everyone is ready to rest.



Other Things to Note:

Rental agreement and guest verification



After booking, you'll need to sign our Rental Agreement and complete guest verification through Truvi, our third-party verification partner. Both steps must be completed within 24 hours of booking or at least 4 hours before check-in, whichever deadline comes first. These steps help protect our guests, our homes, and our neighbors.



Minimum age and group policy

The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. Non-family groups are not permitted.



Pets

Pets must be approved in advance, and separate pet rent applies. Please contact us before booking to confirm approval and the pet charge for your stay.



Smoking

Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Smoking is not allowed inside either home.



Layout and occupancy

This booking includes two separate two-bedroom homes in one duplex. The maximum occupancy is 12 guests across both sides, including guests using the living-room sleeper sofas. The Side A garage is reserved for the owner.
