Amy and Brian were very welcoming hosts, They had thought of everything we needed for the suite. The pool was welcome everyday as we had almost ceaseless 28C weather. We enjoyed every minute! We hope to be back.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this home! The 3 queen sized beds are full sized and not those ‘sneaky’ ones that claim they are a queen but are smaller. These beds are full sized and super comfortable with great pillows! It was also super quiet and we couldn’t hear the family above at all. The kitchen has everything that you could think of and the pool was fantastic! There are nice little areas in the different parts of the yard to sit in to watch the beautiful sunsets, eat or stargaze. We accidentally forgot something when we checked out and Amy was super accommodating to help us retrieve our missing item. We highly recommend this host and location!

We had a change of plans with how many of us were making the trip to Canada and they were so quick to respond to accommodate! Every concern or question I had was addressed and answered immediately. They were very kind and made sure everyone was comfortable throughout the stay. I appreciated their knowledge of local activities and recommendations for restaurants as well. I’d highly recommend staying here. We plan to book here again in 2027!

Second time around

We stayed here 2 years ago and came back for the last Ironman in Penticton. The whole family with teens ranging from 11 to 19 really enjoyed our stay. The house is perfect with lots of room for everyone. Despite being a bit unlucky with the temperature, we were able to enjoy the pool every single day. A nice change from hotels

As a family of 6 we really appreciated the use of the driveway just steps from our private entrance to unload all our belongings. Amy and Brian were super friendly and very responsive with all messages. We had everything we needed to enjoy our time in Penticton, including beach toys, pool towels and a fully stocked kitchen. The kids enjoyed the spring free trampoline and pool. We would definitely stay here again and have already shared the listing wjth friends.

Home away from home

We enjoyed another wonderful stay in Penticton at Amy and Brian’s, or “the Pool House”, as my kids refer to it. We have been coming for years and feel like we are returning home when we arrive. The suite is spacious, very clean, and stocked with everything you might need for a vacation (towels, board games, and a fully stocked kitchen!). Our kids (7, 9, and 10) LOVE the swimming pool! It’s the perfect size for their swimming levels and they spent hours each day playing. Thanks again for a wonderful stay! Amy and Brian are the absolute best hosts.

We had an exceptional stay. Easy to park. Nice and cool out of the hot sun. Nice pool for chilling out in the evenings. Excellent and spacious living space, very modern with thoughtful touches. Great vacation rental.

The driveway accommodates 2 vehicles and provides very easy access to the suite. Living room, kitchen and dining are all very spacious and kitchen is well equipped. There are dishes to use at poolside along with a BBQ. There are 3 large bedrooms with a queen size bed in each one. There are pool towels. There are 1 and a half bathrooms with a washer and dryer in the half bathroom.all the toys, pool and trampoline are usable by guests. We have 3 young teen grandchildren with us and they want to come back as well. We would highly recommend this suite for anyone who likes a roomy and light filled place to stay. In addition it's about midway between downtown, both lake beaches and shopping areas. All in all a perfect location. We certainly enjoyed our stay here and are planning on going back next year for a longer vacation.

Amazing stay in family-friendly suite.

Really enjoyed our stay at the property. Amy and Brian were super communicators and very accommodating. The pool and trampoline were loved by the kids. The house was very well-stocked. There even were toys and books for kids. Beds were super comfortable. Suite was laid out in a way that allowed parental activities in the kitchen and living area to not wake the kids during naps and at night. Overall a very good place and would for sure go back!

Simply amazing

We were in town for the Ironman Canada weekend. Everything about this property was perfect. 3 nice big bedrooms for the 6 of us. Nice kitchen and living room with enough space for everyone. The area is super quiet and like a lot of previous renters said before, we didn’t hear any noise from the hosts who live upstairs. Amy and Brian are both wonderful hosts. They pay attention to every single details and made sure our stay would be memorable. They really care about their visitors and they made sure we were not missing anything. The pool is also great for those super hot days! Thanks Amy and Brian for having us. We appreciated everything and hope to be back next summer!

Amazing property

Amy and Brian were amazing hosts, their communication, and the property was absolutely perfect. I wouldn't change a thing. This 3 bedroom accommodated our family of 6 with lots of room to spare. The decor was like a showroom with a family touch. Lots of light, airconditioned, pool, yard, games, trampoline, BBQ area, easy drive to both lakes. Amy and Brian thought of everything for their guests, wish all hosts would do this. We will stay here again. Thank you!

Home away from home

From start to finish we were so happy with our experience. First of all everything was modern and very very clean, but what we really appreciated were all the little touches such as a nice bottle of wine to welcome us to our vacation to all the little extras that they include in your stay. They really thought of everything. The pool was beautiful and so clean. We appreciated that there is a full family living upstairs but not once did we hear them or see them when we were using any of the facilities this family offered. I can’t say enough how much we loved this vacation home. Brian and Amy were so warm and welcoming. We all can’t wait to stay here again and just might make it a yearly vacation place.

Another great stay!

This was year two of staying at Any and Brian’s. Our kids look forward all year to swimming in the pool and the adults look forward to the easiest and most comfortable VRBO experience ever. Any and Brian have literally thought of everything! Beach toys and gear, a fully stocked kitchen, games and toys for the kids, etc. We appreciate the clean, open concept living, the beautiful pool that is perfect for our little ones (and adult supervisors), the AC, and the thoughtful touches and check ins from our hosts. Exceptional VRBO

This property is wonderful! The listing and photos are very accurate. The owners, and a bottle of wine greeted us on arrival which was a nice surprise. The suite was bright, spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable and everything was tidy and worked well. The owners even had extra supplies you don't usual receive with a rental which was nice. You can tell they care and take pride in their property. Pool was warm and the kids really enjoyed it. I grew up in Penticton so was familiar with this neighbourhood. It is up the hill a little, but nothing is more than 5 min away and central to both ends of town. We walked down to the school one day, which is worth it if you have kids to check out the park. The owners mentioned traffic and possible noise from upstairs. Neither of which were found to be bothersome to us. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others. Thank you for a great stay!
