On the upper floor, you can access the magnificent panoramic terrace with a view of the Torre degli Sciri, the last of the ancient medieval skyscrapers that once characterized the city.



The Space:

Large living room with a sofa bed in addition to two classic double sofas, furnished with modern furniture alongside antique pieces. The space is completed by a large and functional Smart TV, air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi, and a comfortable dining area.



The first bedroom features a large walk-in wardrobe, a Smart TV, air conditioning, a desk, and a comfortable double bed.



The second bedroom features a double bed, an antique desk, a large wardrobe, and air conditioning.



The two bathrooms are equipped with modern showers, bidets, and hairdryers. Both are located outside the bedrooms to ensure maximum comfort even for large groups.



The kitchen is modern and equipped with everything needed for long stays. Electric oven, 5-burner gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, capsule coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, and water purifier offer the possibility of enjoying your holiday without giving up the comfort of your own home.

The purifier allows you not only to enjoy high-quality water, but also to get sparkling water directly from the dispenser.



The terrace is furnished and equipped to make the most of a magnificent outdoor space, where you can have lunch while admiring the splendid view or enjoy a romantic dinner at sunset.

The apartment is located a short distance from the main attractions of Perugia. You can easily reach on foot Piazza IV Novembre, with its impressive Fontana Maggiore, the Palazzo dei Priori, and the majestic Cathedral of San Lorenzo.



The apartment is situated near the ever-lively Piazza Morlacchi, whose historic theatre offers a rich experience of culture and entertainment.



Via Guardabassi, thanks to the presence of a limited traffic zone, is a central yet quiet street with low car traffic.



In the vicinity of the apartment, you will also find a wide selection of restaurants, cafés, and the best local shops, where you can enjoy the delicacies of Umbrian cuisine and shop along the characteristic streets of the historic center.



For art and culture enthusiasts, the National Archaeological Museum of Umbria and the National Gallery of Umbria are easily accessible and offer an extraordinary collection of artworks and historical artifacts.



The apartment is located on the third floor and is accessible only via stairs.



Other Things to Note:

Check-in is available from 4:00 PM (16:00) until midnight (00:00), while check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM (11:00).

Smoking is not allowed, except on the terrace. Pets are allowed. Identification documents for check-in must be sent in advance in accordance with Italian law.



Self check-in is possible, provided that the documents of all guests are submitted beforehand. Otherwise, the reservation cannot be completed.
