Welcome to CASA MILENA, a charming two-room apartment with a small outdoor courtyard, welcoming and ideal for business and pleasure stays. Located in Pescara on the ground floor, the apartment offers a perfect combination of comfort and practicality, with an internal layout well-designed to accommodate up to four people (recommended for two adults and two children). The house enjoys a strategic position a stone's throw from the city center. The rooms are equipped with an air conditioning system with hot and cold split for maximum comfort in every season and Wi-Fi connection to guarantee you a carefree stay. The open kitchen, fully equipped, has dishes, plates and the main appliances including oven, dishwasher, kettle and fridge with freezer, to allow you to prepare your meals in total autonomy. There is a smart TV in the living area with access to Netflix, Amazon, Prime and other platforms (using your own credentials), as well as a double sofa bed. The living area also has access to a small outdoor area. The bedroom has a double bed, a custom-made wardrobe to conveniently store your personal effects, as well as 2 bedside tables. The bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet and bidet. Sheets, blankets and towels are always fresh and clean. The apartment can accommodate a maximum of four people, making it ideal for couples, friends or those traveling for work. Pets are not allowed, at the end of each stay the house is carefully cleaned and disinfected. You are welcome and we invite you to take care of the house during your stay. .
