« The Mod Podge was perfect for my stay in Sebastopol. It has everything you need and is so comfy. It’s a perfect location to explore Northern California and I can’t recommend it enough. Close to restaurants, wineries, hiking trails, and great little shops. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again on my next trip to California. »

« Small, but cute place. Not ideal for teen kids (mine were not enthused), but would have been nice for a couple. Hot tub was nice n hot and clean! No frills or extras - don't forget to bring snacks. There is biting near by! »

« Well laid out space for two people and a pet! Kitchen had everything we needed, hot tub was clean and relaxing, nice soft towels, blankets, and bedding, and bed was comfortable. View out the patio door was lovely. It was a great space for a quiet retreat to catch up on work. Only complaint was the barking dogs on the other side of the fence, but the owners did their best to manage the dogs and keep them from barking anytime we went outside. »

« Beautiful facility just blocks off the main Sonoma square. Very walkable and a great courtyard feel for each of the cottages. Perfect cozy escape after a day of winery’s, shopping and walking. Will definitely be back again! Loved the extra touch of local coffee and wine waiting for our arrival. »

« The cottage is so lovely. Everything you would need is there available for your use. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the furnishings were beautiful. The bathroom was beautiful and had plenty of clean towels and washcloths. The cottage was cozy and we kept nice and warm on the cold evenings. There is a washer and dryer, however we never used it. Downtown Napa is less than 2 miles away. We will definitely stay here again! »

« The room we were given was not at all what I was told we would have - I was told there was sleeping for 3-4 and there was not. I had to pay extra for a cot. The j jacuzzi was not working which was in tiny print at the bottom of the receipt. Will not return »

« Beautiful cottage furnished with love by Tom and Judy. The room had everything we needed and more. It was well equipped to cozy up and enjoy a quick meal before bedtime or breakfast before we headed out to explore Napa. The beds were super comfortable and Tom even answered my request at 730 am for more towels. He generously shared persimons as well. If you're looking for a quaint place close to wineries but also very economical this is the place! »

« The Villa and location are absolutely stunning! The pictures are accurate, but do not do the property justice. It is a breath-taking view! Everything from the booking process to checking in was very easy. Randy was very polite, responsive, and accommodating with all of my questions and request. It was raining when we arrived, and Randy grabbed umbrellas for our whole group to do the property tour. No details were overlooked at this property.
