„We had a fantastic stay. Amanda, Todd and their staff were kind and wonderful and all of Amanda’s suggestions were spot on. We loved sitting on the rooftop in the evenings and watching the sunset. It was walkable to the main drag in Esperanza and provided a great base for exploring the island. We would definitely recommend. “

„A super helpful staff that picks up the phone and helps out for a self check in hotel. Booked day of, had to change reservation like 3 times, and they helped me through it all. Room was super easy to get into, directions were smooth and simple, and the area was perfect. Right next to one of the most active parts of town, and a 8 minute walk from the Bio Bay tours. Be aware, there's no microwave in the room. AC worked amazing. Showers hot water lasted well, just don't blast it. “

„This cozy apartment had everything we needed for a short stay like bath and towels. A comfortable bed, mosquito nets and air conditioning ensured a restful night. Although the small Roku TV hat many applications it wasn’t possible to add other apps because the PIN was not available. The functional mini fridge added convenience, leaving no room for complaints. Sadly the room interior didn’t look exactly like on the pictures. Also we had a hard time with the locking and unlocking our doors.“

„This property has a beautiful panoramic & breathtaking view of the ocean and St. Thomas Bay. It is close to downtown, and simply beautiful. The rooms are simply appointed and very clean. Libby is an excellent host, making guests feel like you're visiting their home. You'll be well taken care of at Island View Guesthouse. Delicious breakfasts also. “

„Everything was thought of and impeccably implemented in this beautiful rental. The view from the balcony is gorgeous! Beach chairs and cooler where used almost everyday and greatly appreciated. The island is my favorite of all the Virgin Islands.“

„Stayed at the property for a night before moving to St John! The space was comfortable and the location was convenient! We enjoyed the view and overnight! "The place is magnificent! The quality of the food is variable, some days it's good, some days it's average! Beware: breakfast service is very slow! Like the food, the service is variable! Some staff are friendly, others much less so! Reception is almost never occupied, and the staff are not helpful or customer-oriented! For an all-inclusive, some days there was water, some days not! This exasperated me, I went to the mall to buy water packs (which were also in action), I offered them so they could distribute some to the guests! The wifi is very bad and regularly out of order! The fitness room is very small, poorly maintained and not very clean! No one on arrival to welcome and on departure, someone was but didn't ask me how my stay went and didn't thank me! Really inadequate! Cassey was a good collaborator! Too bad, there's everything to do well, but there really is room for improvement! "
