Sisters/Spouses weekend. The tunnel of trees was a beautiful drive to Leggs Inn. We enjoyed downtown Petoskey and Harbor Springs. The house was very clean. There were six adults that enjoyed the bikes and firepit. We watched college football then cooked out using the house grill. The property manager promptly responded to all concerns. It was a wonderful, relaxing weekend.

Lake Michigan Getaway

We loved the property! The location was convenient to get to town, walk to beach, or ride bikes to the state park. The house was clean and super cute! Everything was advertised and communication was fast and easy when we had questions! We would definitely stay here again.

Cedar House

We had a great time, we had runners use the bike trail, rode bikes every day, used the State Park 2 miles away several times and the State Marina for our boat 2 miles away which we slipped. The back yard was really nice as our 5 grandkids 9-2 years old were able to play the yard games provided, we also use the barbecue and campfire. We had plenty of room for everyone to have meals around the dinning room table or outside picnic tables.

Beautiful Up North Property

The communication with the property management was great. They regularly check in before and during your stay. They even confirm when the house is ready for check in This was the cleanest VRBO I have stayed in. It was absolutely spotless. Nice full kitchen, sizable bedrooms, and two wonderful bathrooms. I loved the bunk bed setup with the TV in the room for the kids The backyard is great. A nice bonfire pit and Cornhole. Plenty of room for kids to run around and play. Not far from a walking and bike path that will take you right into town. We will definitely come back!

Great house, close to Lake Michigan

The house was great! We are a family of 7, and the house was absolutely perfect. Could have easily had room for a few more people. The yard was an absolute dream for the kids to play in and was absolutely a respite. We had a fire every night and most mornings! The bikes were enjoyed by all! And we really appreciated the local jams upon arrival.

The house always looks nice and is very clean. The yard is so fun for the kids and we enjoyed the fire pit. It’s close to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. We have been there two years in a row and would definitely go back.

Absolutely Perfect!

Everything about this stay was great. I’ve never taken the time to leave a review, but this place definitely deserves one. The property management couldn’t have been better! They were so courteous and checked in prior to our stay- they even sent a link to the weather forecast for our upcoming trip! We only encountered one very minimal issue with the keypad upon entry, and they showed up immediately to help. Unbeknownst to me, my brother in law reached out as he thought the batteries to a tv remote were low, they showed up on a weekend with new batteries! They truly went above and beyond. The property itself was adorable, decorated perfectly, and truly felt like home. We can’t wait to visit again! As a family who used to have a vacation home in Harbor Springs, we were very particular about our rental. We are very grateful for a wonderful stay, thank you!

Plenty of room

We had a very nice stay at the property. It’s located a short drive from downtown and 15 minute drive from two nice ski resorts. It’s close to a grocery store, which is an added bonus when you’re feeding 5 teenagers. Enough bed/bedrooms for our entire party to sleep comfortably. Kitchen is equipped with essentials and suitable for making meals.

Cleanest I have ever been to!

Cedar House

The Cedar House was well maintained and very cozy. It has a great backyard for outdoor games and includes a grill and fire pit. It was walking distance to the lake where you can find Petoskey stones and other fun rocks. The location is close to restaurants and the Petoskey downtown shopping area . We would definitely come back again!

A wonderful stay

The house is beautifully designed with very thoughtful amenities, and is even better than what the pictures show. There was plenty of room for the 8 of us to move around, and all sit at the dining room table and living room together. It is hard to find rentals that will seat as many as it sleeps. The beds were very comfortable, bathrooms nice, kitchen was well stocked, and plenty of room to park 4 cars off the street. The sidewalks and parking were well shoveled as it had just snowed, much appreciated. We were here to ski, but the back yard is big, private, and would be lovely to use in the warmer months. We will definitely keep this on our lists of places to stay in the future!

So charming!

This house was well appointed. The updates were done well, while leaving the charm of the house. The furniture and beds were very comfortable, and it was awesome having access to a washer and dryer. The kitchen had all the cooking items we needed. The location is very convenient to all local attractions. We would definitely stay again!
