Bad attitude from the front desk for room cleaning. After staying one night, even we requested at the front desk for cleaning the room in the morning, nobody clean the room at all. By the way, the room carpet is too old so that it smells badly.

The hotel felt unsafe. The room didn’t even have a mini fridge this was not listed on the description. The tub had rust in it. The hotel bar was dirty and felt unsanitary

Have been waiting almost an hour for airport shuttle to get to the airport. Front desk says it runs every thirty minutes but when it came by it was full.

Great location close to the airport, which I chose because I was arriving late and leaving early. Great shuttle service and awesome food and beverages. Welcoming and friendly staff, and room spacious, with great bathroom.

I was shocked to find such a poor quality room at this hotel especially with how expensive it was. My biggest complaint was the shower. After a long day of traveling all I wanted was a good hot shower with good water pressure and a nice bed. Well, i couldnt get the water to more then one temperature even if i tried for a long time turning the knob different ways. And the water pressure was so low i couldnt even rinse my hair properly. Plus it smelled musty in the bathroom/shower area. No fridge or microwave in the room. Over all a disappointing stay.

We do offer an upgraded version if that is needed at a small cost. In reviewing your folio, I do not see any internet charge on your folio. Signs promote staff or self parking, but no one is available to park your car. Room key did not work to open the parking gate so I could self-park. Staff that i did interact with (front desk, shuttle driver) were mediocre in their welcome, enthusiasm to help, and friendliness. Room had no mini fridge; hotel had no available restaurant or cafe. Even for an airport hotel, it felt unremarkable for the price paid. I expect better from Doubletree

We do offer 3 separate outlet opportunities at the property. Landing serves a full breakfast buffet each morning. Cafe Express offers grab and go until noon. Players is open in the evening for dinner and drinks until midnight. We would be delighted to have you dine with us the next time you are in town.

The shuttle was 75 minutes late. When I called to check on status, phone never picked up. Front desk understaffed for apparently over booked hotel. Waited 30 minutes to check in. Reserved and paid for king not available, sent to a double No refund. Room was shabby. Never staying here again.

My bill was overcharged by approximately $500 and on top of that I have another pending $452.99. Calling corporate now to try to get resolved as I called the hotel and received little assistance. Absolutely terrible. Experience at the Landings restaurant, absolutely terrible. We went Saturday evening and just wanted to grab a bite to eat, the time between getting our food and checking out over 2 hours!!! I don't know what is going on with this hotel but it definitely needs some help.
