several serious issues we experienced during our stay at the apartment.
To begin with, there was no hot water available to shower. The entire apartment was freezing cold, and even after turning the heat up, it did not improve due to the air conditioning unit still being installed and running. This made the unit extremely uncomfortable and unsuitable to stay in.
Additionally, the cups stored in the cupboard were dirty and still had visible residue on them. The refrigerator was not functioning properly, which caused the food I purchased to spoil. There were no pots available to cook with, nor plates to eat on. The sheets on the mattress were also dirty upon arrival, which is unacceptable.
On top of these issues, at one point we were locked out of the apartment and had to hire a locksmith to regain access, resulting in additional unexpected expenses.
Due to the number and severity of these problems, the apartment did not meet basic standards of cleanliness, comfort, or functionality. I would appreciate this matter being addressed promptly and would like to discuss appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and costs incurred.
