The staff was hospitable, considerate, and understanding, accommodations were excellent. Excellent location near pharmacy, market and a variety of restaurants. I book 2 hotel rooms here, my family enjoyed their stay. Next time we will have our conversation at this hotel instead. We chose this hotel do to its affordable prices. It was a win win choice. The elevators were out of service twice during our stay.

Very different room decor but we loved the colorful design. The staff are phenomenal, so friendly and very funny with kids. Such a welcoming environment. Only downside is parking, it’s very limited and incredibly scary to try and park through the narrow twists and turns

When we got to our rom we found a cockroach which was a fun welcome! The parking os incredibly limited and a bit of an inconvenience. Also, where it's located is a weird combination of nice stores mixed with ghetto. You are better off spending a little more money and staying closer to center city! Check out was literally this....give card and getting shooed out by the desk attendant. Not worth the money.

When I booked it said that I was getting a deluxe suite that slept three. It said there was a king bed. It also said there was a seperate living room. There was a queen bed but no seperate living room and it did not sleep three. They did switch me to a two bedroom”queen” but blamed Expedia for the description of the room. Also we had zero hot water.

The property is cute and colorful, you can tell they tried to make it nice and unique, but on a budget. The rooms are far from soundproof, so if you’re a light sleeper be mindful it might not be the best place for you. The rooms were clean and the bed was firm but comfy. Parking is rough, the lot/garage is super tiny and tough to get in and out of. They say compact car parking only and I can see why, but there were two large pick up trucks making it near impossible to get in and out (basically zero spaced in and out as is already is). Luckilly one was leaving so there was a little more room, but it’s def tight and full, especially if you’re coming late like we did. But the staff was super kind and helpful, the night desk clerk was very sweet to chat with and resolve any issues we had like our TV not working. Close to TD Pavillion so it was perfect for our stay of a place to sleep after a concert before heading into the city for a little adventure before heading home. Would stay again.

The smell of roach spray throughout the hotel should have been a warning. There was trash and debri on the floor in front of the room. The hotel is under construction, many unfinished projects. I and a friend left there with what has been diagnosed as bug bites. It was not the best experience and I will not book or stay there again.

For me personally, this hotel fit exavtly what i needed and was better in price compared to other hotels in the area. The room was much larger than anticipated. It had two sitting chairs, as well as a desk and desk chair. It also had both a microwave and mini fridge, which was convenient. I loved the mirror in the bathroom, which had touchscreen settings like a defrost button. There was also a full length mirror outside of the bathroom, which i appreciated. The staff was fantastic. They were super friendly and helpful, and i was offered snacks and drinks both upon my arrival and upon my departure. I also didnt hear much noise at all from the hallways/surrounding rooms, which i had been concerned about. I actually really liked the quirky colors, and I loved that there was no carpeting in my room (I get skeeved out by hotel carpets). It was also very conveniently located. I did have a few nitpick items, but they were not the most important items to me during my stay, so i didnt deduct points for it. The toilet paper was pretty bad. I also didnt have very good watwr pressure in the shower. The temperature of the water was great, it just took a bif of time to rinse my haur. And finally, the lighting in the sleeping area wasnt great. There were several lamps, but the only overhead light was in the entryway, and i happened to visit on a very rainy weekend, so it was pretty dim in the main area. Overall, i enjoyed my stay and would recommend to others.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean, brightly decorated, and comfortable. Parking in the garage is a bit tight if you have a larger vehicle.

Price was right but that was all. Parking very inconvenient.Owners/front desk when asked questions ie non chain restaurants close by-"Check Google." Buses to Liberty park "Check Google". Horrible linens & pillows.Did not get housekeeping 1 day told no one answered door so did not clean. We were out site seeing, traveling companion with us got cleaning. Only 1 elevator worked.Not friendly or helpful-just all around weird. Would pay more to get a better place to stay. Lyft & Uber available.

I love how colorful this place is. Very well lit. The staff were super friendly. Our floor'hallway did smell like marijuana, there was some sloppy paint job on the trim of the bathroom and the water pressure was very low. However, very affordable, convenient and def would stay again

The two guys on the reception were very sweet and accomodating however we faced a few problems. The water pressure was terrible in basin as well as shower. It was so bad that we could not take shower for the 2 days that we stayed here. There was no hot water as well. There is a mention tht parking is available on property however there are very limited spots and we had to find parking across the street for our stay. The check in and check out process was seamless. The garden that is shown in the pictures is a little misleading because that area is closed off and the entrance is actually through the parking lot for when it is open which wasnt the case for our stay I would say it is a 3 star stay place.

Super friendly staff and everything was clean. The design/decor looked rushed/unfinished, shower had very low pressure. Very limited on-site parking (note: trucks/vans won't fit), though they said we can park across the street in an empty lot.
