„There were no check in instructions and no way to contact the host through Hotels.com. Office/desk not staffed on the weekend when we finally found someone to contact the host for us, he came right away and said he never received our contact information. We sent an email to ask for host info and never received. Nice place bad check in. Also not hand towels or facecloths provided and 1/2 role of toilet paper. Please make people aware of the limited supplies. “
