Golden Hour Quiet: In accordance with City Ordinance 4566, outdoor quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please help us keep Scottsdale peaceful!

Occupancy & Parties: Our sanctuary is licensed for a maximum of 6 adults. We maintain a strict 'No Nuisance Party' policy to protect the neighborhood vibe; gatherings that disrupt the peace may result in immediate eviction.

Security & Privacy: For your safety, we utilize external security cameras at the front and sides of the home. Rest assured, there are no cameras inside or facing private relaxation areas like the spool.

Booking Age: The primary guest must be at least 24 years old.

The 'Spool' Experience Our private, heated hybrid pool/spa is available year-round.

The Warmth: During the crisp Arizona winter, our heater professionally maintains a comfortable 82°F–88°F (industry standard for winter resort swimming).

Setup: A $75/night utility fee applies. Please let us know 24 hours before check-in so we can have it perfectly prepped for your first sunset dip!

Eco-Tip: Please keep the insulated cover on when not in use to maintain maximum warmth and cleanliness.
