We had a great time with plenty of room for everyone! There were 15 of us who stayed in the house and additional family who live in the area that came to visit. We weren't crowded at all. The kitchen is a great set up for cooking and eating and the outdoor areas are excellent! The guys all enjoyed the arcade game and pool table while the girls enjoyed the swimming pool and everyone loved the putting green! The rooms were comfortable and most are spacious. My husband and I stayed in the casita & really wish we had checked to see what the mattress was in there!

4th of July trip

We came for the 4th and our oldest son lives here so we were 20mins from him and 20mins from old downtown Scottsdale. We also went to a baseball game. This property is really right in the middle of everything you could need or want to do. The amenities offered were perfect and the house is very spacious and comfortable. Great communication and always received responses quick to any questions or concerns.

Perfect for large families

The house was perfect for my extended family for a graduation! Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms made everyone happy. We had a small inconvenience for the first 2 days but Paul reached out and was very communicative and had someone to the property immediately! Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Spring Training getaway

We had an amazing stay. A group of 17 of us came for spring training and celebrated my husbands 50th birthday. We had a great time, everyone had their own space and bathrooms. Would stay again.

Nice Property - Lots of Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Everything was as advertised. The location is fantastic with lots of options for entertainment, dining and groceries very close.Personally, I would do a couple of things differently, like move the game room to the casita and put more comfortable furniture in the living space, but it's a rental so I understand why that isn't likely to happen.Overall, we enjoyed the property, had a great experience with the property management folks and would stay there again if the opportunity presented itself.

Beautiful home

We had an amazing stay at this home. We had a group of 14 that slept comfortably in all King size beds. The only minor thing was when we checked in, the code wasn’t syncing with the new code so we were standing out in the August heat waiting for a call back. The issue was resolved fast and we were able to enjoy our stay! Very nice and quiet neighborhood. I felt really safe in this home.

Awesome Property

We came to Scottsdale to celebrate my husband turning 70 this month. The house was perfect for us, our children, their spouses and our 10 grandchildren! There was plenty of space for us to spread out but also spend quality time together. We especially appreciated the three full size refrigerators on the property. With our big group, we had lots of room for food and beverages. We cooked all but one meal over the four days and had more than enough pans, utensils, etc. Our grandkids spent lots of fun hours together in the pool. They also put the pool table to good use. Due to space limitations on two sides of the table it would be great to have shorter pool sticks. Many rousing games of foosball were played. Internet connectivity was wonderful with lots of streaming and gaming from our teenage kiddos. If you have a large group, I highly recommend this property.

Arizona group vacation

Perfect house for 8 couples (55 and over). Many extras were in the house- extra towels, appliances, 2 refrigerators, games, etc. The backyard was great to sit around the fireplaces. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool or hot tub, but they looked in great shape. All beds are king beds and very comfortable. We had enough bathrooms to accommodate everyone. The location was excellent for our group and all of the things we wanted to get to. We had a great time here.

Great Getaway!

This house was perfect for our large group of guys on a golf getaway. Everybody was able to have their own bedroom and bathroom, plus the common areas (kitchen and family room) was a nice large size so everybody could gather and hangout in the evenings. Will definitely consider staying there again for future golf trips!

Great larger home for family gatherings

This property has three wings plus a casita that is perfect for multiple families to stay together and yet still have their own space and privacy. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom. The pool area is spacious and outdoor areas are large and functional for larger groups. Kitchen could be cleaned up and refreshed a bit. It needs some "TLC" and appliances need attention. Cleanliness is lacking in kitchen and tile floors, which is easy to address with a good cleaning company. The management company was VERY attentive and I would definitely book with Arizona Vacation Rentals again when visiting the Scottsdale area. Sharyn D.

Awesome place for the whole family!

Our whole family (17 people with kids and grandkids) stayed at this home for my daughter’s special event. All of the separate bedrooms and bathrooms were used and appreciated. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool throughout our stay. The kitchen and dining area was set up well for many people to cook and eat. It was located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Any concerns we had were addressed immediately. Wonderful service! We would definitely stay here again!

Lots of bedrooms but cramped, no adequate communal space..

The photos for this property make you excited. The truth is, there is quite a bit lacking for the amount of money we spent to stay there over Thanksgiving. The pool and jacuzzi are excellent. But the the landscaping (or lack thereof) detract from the setting. Lots of concrete/stones and a brown fire-retardant compound around the fire pit. The rooms are plentiful but small. My shower had no place to put soap or shampoo but on the floor (no 'ledge' or 'caddy'). What's more, you had to stick your hand outside the shower around the back of the shower wall to turn on the shower and adjust the temperature (your arm dripping water on the bathroom floor all the while)!!! We were a BIG group. 18 family members. Lots of sharing of beds. But the communal area to congregate was TINY. We could only comfortably seat 5 people around an excellent TV without dragging other chairs into the tiny space. There was a pool table. Nice. But you couldn't take your stick back without hitting the wall in 2 of the four sides of the table! There was an arcade area but we didn't use it. The neighborhood is poorly landscaped. We did ALL our own cooking digging through cabinets to find the available cooking utensils, etc. I give the kitchen a B-. Communication with the property manager and the owners was excellent and cordial. There was a 2nd outdoor circular fire pit that could seat a large group but the evenings were quite chilly so we didn't make use of the area. Needless to say, collective dining for 18 bodies was very challenging. We put tables together, etc. but it ultimately required us to set up 3 different areas within the kitchen using available countertops, barstools, etc to seat everyone. We made the best of what we had but based on our experience I suggest the property management company should be advertising accommodations for parties of up to 12 guests, not 18-20.
